I could not find where to purchase…
I could not find where to purchase replacement original foam pieces. Katarina from Sales, Soundless, The Home of QuietOn, was extremely helpful and went above and beyond expectations finding me some foam pieces. Many thanks to her!!

QuietOn noise cancelling earbuds are the absolute best choice for comfort and stillness!
I supported QuietOn's first and second crowdfunding campaigns—which both were notably rare campaigns that actually delivered amazing products on time—and I have all three iterations of their amazing noise cancelling earbuds: the QuietOn 'Sleep' was (is) a bit bigger and actually less comfortable than the later models for sleeping, but after all these years they still work wonderfully and are perfect for use on aeroplanes, because they have an on/off button so you just tap and don't have to take them out to order a G&T! The next generation, QuietOn 3.1, was (is) unbelievably small, works wonderfully and also has served me well for years, but when the right ear plug developed a defect, I did not hesitate to purchase the new, latest model, the QuietOn 4, which has an even more comfortable design, which nestles perfectly in the aurical (the groove in the outer ear), so they stay in place and are not noticeable even if I'm sleeping on my side. The noise cancelling has been improved (I didn't think it was possible!), and the beautifully designed carrying/charging case has gone back to black and looks cutting edge and fierce! I was so impatient for the few nights that I had to use foam earplugs while waiting my new QuietOn 4s to arrive. Foam plugs are kind of gross and muffle all sound, which can feel claustrophobic and unnatural. QuietOn uses active noise cancelling to filter out low-frequency noise, such as a snoring partner (no one can have one worse than I did!), the neighbour's booming base, and the sounds of the city, while higher frequency sounds are still dimly audible, so you can hear your alarm clock or doorbell. They are unbelievably small and comfortable, and are very easy to pop in and out. Another great advantage is the case, which is also literally a charger: it automatically charges the earplugs whenever you put them back in, so they next evening the earplugs are fully charged; even with daily use you only have to charge the case about once a week. Yes, they're on the pricey side, but I'm still using my very first pair, which I got in 2018 (!), so they will last you a very long time. In short: not only is the product extremely well-made and perfect at what it does—no need for Bluetooth or an app or even a button; no need to find your phone and log into yet another superfluous app, which these days is calming in and of itself—for soft quietness without feeling stuck in a bubble. The company has been in business for many years and their customer service has always been super friendly and helpful. QuietOn earbuds are a lifesaver for light sleepers or anyone who has to sleep in a noisy environment, or even just to tune the world out and let it spin without you for a while. Your nervous system will thank you!

Hardly helps with snoring / Expensive to returnIf you are buying these to block out a partner's snoring, save your money. They barely make a difference for snoring sounds. When I decided to return them, I found out the return process is extremely complicated, and the buyer has to cover the return shipping costs. Very disappointed with both the product and the customer service policy.

The Best Sleep Earbuds I’ve Ever Tried
After several months of thoroughly researching the sleep earbud market, I finally came across QuietOn. After my very first night using them, I immediately realized I had found exactly what I had been looking for—and what I imagine anyone struggling with unwanted noise while sleeping is hoping to find. The noise reduction is genuinely impressive. Very loud sounds may still be faintly noticeable, but they become distant, soft background noise instead of something that constantly disturbs or wakes you up. The biggest advantage, however, is the comfort. Whether you sleep on your side, your back, or change positions frequently throughout the night, you simply don’t feel them. Even if you move around a lot while sleeping, they stay securely in place and don’t fall out. The soft foam tips are extremely comfortable, making it easy to forget you’re even wearing the earbuds. I also appreciate that the newer comply foam tips include an integrated wax guard, which provides additional protection against earwax and dirt while helping to improve the long-term durability of the earbuds. Design is also important to me, and QuietOn completely met my expectations. The earbuds are beautifully minimalistic, easy and intuitive to use, and clearly designed with great attention to detail. I also have to mention the customer support. I tend to be a demanding customer because I like to understand products thoroughly before and after purchasing them, so I asked quite a few questions. The QuietOn support team has been one of the best customer service experiences I have ever had. Everyone I communicated with was genuinely kind, patient, professional, and always willing to help. They carefully listened to my concerns, took the time to investigate my case, and went above and beyond to find a solution. I wholeheartedly recommend not only the earbuds, but also the brand and the wonderful people behind it. They have created a product that helps people with something that should never be considered a luxury, but an essential human need: a good night’s sleep. P.S. without these I'd be very dangerous to walk around people:) buy them if you’d like to keep the people in your life:))
