I would leave zero if I could.
I would leave zero if I could. The advertizing is deceptive and misleading. The puzzle is advertised CHRISTMAS POP-UP BOOK WOODEN JIGSAW PUZZLE. It is NOT—-it is flat. And small, and very poor quality. The seller also makes it impossible to return. Charges prohibitive return shipping. AVOID QUORDLE.COM

Overpriced with poor customer service
Drop ship item that can be found elsewhere much cheaper, from Temu, AliExpress and even Amazon (whilst the same price on Amazon at least you will get customer support + refund guarantee). Their replies are clearly stock replies generated via ChatGPT and offer little to no support when it comes to getting a refund. Avoid at all costs and buy from a place that actually protects you should you need a refund for whatever reason.

I have 4 Quordle Puzzles. I have assembled 3 so far. I enjoy them very much as they are all different and not easy to guess where the pieces go. Super entertaining, great way to spend time off the screen, and stimulate the mind. They have a very very slight smell to them but it doesn’t not bother me at all, it is super subtle. It just smells a bit like wood to me because that’s the material the puzzle is made of. Also, the pieces shift and move while you are putting it together, a little annoying, but doesn’t deter me. I had no issues with shipping nor with the company. I am happy and plan on purchasing more.

BUYER BEWARE: The puzzle I ordered for my granddaughter was delivered in the rain. Due to poor/defective packaging, the box inside the mailer was soaking wet and fell apart when I attempted to open it. When notified of the defective wrapping, the company offered me a 10% refund and a 10% discount on a future purchase. They never once offered to replace the item, which would have been the appropriate thing to do. As a result, I am very disappointed in their refusal to correct the problem. Will I buy from them again? Certainly not.

Reasonable product - scammy advertising and high shipping costs
Last December I saw lots of Facebook posts saying they were really upset to be closing down and that it was absolutely their last few days of trading ("Last day - 87% off" etc.). I really liked the look of the puzzles, so I bought a couple for presents. And then I discovered that they were shipped not from the UK, as was implied. And when I got to the checkout, to avoid crazy shipping costs, I had to buy more. Quite a lot more. So I upped my order. So much for 'lovely puzzle - £3.50 or £5 ... ha!). And then, it transpires that they are not shipped from the UK, but from abroad, which partly explains why they were expensive to ship but also, why they took so long to arrive. It all looked rather more expensive by the time I had enough to get 'free shipping'. The quality of the puzzles seems OK, but now that I have seen them, they are in no way unique; there are LOTS of other companies selling virtually identical designs. And guess what, 7 months later they are still advertising, still selling puzzles and not closing down. Now that I have seen the other reviews, it's obvious that this company has a complicated relationship with ethical behaviour. I think they are just about staying legal by actually shipping a product, but in every other way it looks like a scam. 67% of 1-star reviews all saying the same thing says it all. And guess what else... Every negative review gets the same glib reply, which sounds 'sincere' and runs as follows: "We sincerely apologize for the poor experience you had with this purchase, and we fully understand your dissatisfaction and frustration. We take the issues you raised very seriously and have taken note of the relevant feedback. ... We also deeply appreciate your honest feedback, as it is crucial to our efforts to improve our products." Just imagine the irony of when the auto-reply-spam-bot generates the same response to this. It has all the feel of a highly automated (maybe AI-operated) factory with no real employees (or at least none in control who have a conscience). For appearing to behave like a genuine, honest company, I would award 0 stars (which I can't, so I'm saying 1 star). For actually shipping a product and not defrauding me, I'm raising it to 2 stars. But - falling for this closing-down nonsense and waving the pity-flag all over Facebook makes me feel stupid because I actually fell for it. I don't care how good the product is; a company that habitually advertises like this has low standards, and that loses them a LOT of stars and a lot of customers with a disappointing feeling of being 'had'.
