Two payments missing for months, no response from support
I sent two payments from my own bank accounts to my Quppy Wallet: 176 usd (converted to eur) — sent on 23 April 2026 10 GBP — sent on 22 August 2025 Both payments were successfully sent and confirmed by my banks, but neither payment has been credited to my Quppy wallet. I have contacted Quppy Support multiple times, but I have still received no response or resolution. The second payment has now been outstanding for almost one year, which is completely unacceptable. I can provide bank confirmations and payment references proving that both payments were successfully processed. I strongly recommend that Quppy investigate this issue urgently and provide a clear explanation of where my funds are and when they will be credited.

Hello, I am writing to you regarding an issue that arose whilst attempting to withdraw 1004 TRX from my Quppy wallet to an external wallet. Although I received an email from your team informing me that this transfer had been rejected, the 1,004 TRX were never credited back to my available balance. These funds remain frozen, even though the transaction is marked as cancelled on your end. I would be grateful if you could check my account status and immediately release these funds to my main balance. Des fonds bloqués pendant plusieurs jours, un support client très difficile à joindre
Mon expérience avec Quppy est extrêmement décevante. Des fonds qui m'ont été envoyés par un ami sont bloqués depuis plusieurs jours en raison d'une "procédure de vérification supplémentaire". Depuis ce temps, je ne dispose d'aucune estimation claire sur la date à laquelle mon transfert sera débloqué. Le principal problème est le manque de communication. Il n'existe pas de numéro de téléphone permettant de joindre directement un conseiller. Le seul moyen de contact est le chat, mais les réponses arrivent souvent après plusieurs heures, parfois plus de 24 heures. À chaque fois, je reçois la même réponse: *"Votre transfert est en cours de vérification."* Aucune explication supplémentaire, aucun délai précis, aucune solution. Cette situation a un impact direct sur mon activité professionnelle, car ces fonds sont destinés à financer mes opérations. Le manque de transparence et l'absence de suivi sont très frustrants. Je comprends que des contrôles de conformité puissent être nécessaires, mais lorsqu'un client attend plusieurs jours sans information concrète, un meilleur accompagnement est indispensable. J'espère que Quppy améliorera sa communication, offrira un support plus réactif et mettra en place un moyen de contacter rapidement un conseiller en cas de blocage de fonds. À ce jour, mon expérience est très négative et je ne peux pas recommander ce service.
