I recently had an issue with a product…
I recently had an issue with a product I purchased from Race Anywhere, and I contacted them regarding the problem. Filips was there from start to finish and was extremely professional and helpful throughout the whole process. He listened to my concerns, asked me for videos demonstrating the issue, helped me find a way to send them when email attachments were not working, and contacted the manufacturer directly to have the issue investigated. Everything was handled within around two and a half to three days, which I found very quick. He answered all of my questions, provided me with additional information, and kept me updated throughout the process. He even showed me the internal component that the manufacturer believed could be related to the issue. He also made it clear that if I notice anything new or have any further questions, I can simply contact him again and he will be there to help, including going through the warranty process if necessary. I really appreciate the level of customer service I received from Filips. He was professional, responsive, transparent and genuinely helpful from beginning to end. I would highly recommend Race Anywhere, and especially Filips, to anyone looking for a reliable and professional retailer.
