My experience with Ramp demonstrated a troubling gap between how funds are displayed and how they are actually handled. Ramp showed two deposits totaling $250 as completed. Relying on that information, I initiated a $250 withdrawal. Ramp accepted and began processing it. Only afterward did Ramp reverse $100, change my available balance to negative $100, and leave the remaining $150 inaccessible while the withdrawal remained pending. The receiving account still showed a zero balance. Even more concerning, Ramp pulled funds from a linked bank account I did not intend to use for this transaction. Instead of giving me predictable control over my own money, the platform created a chain of transfers, reversals, and holds that I then had to reconstruct myself. The issue is not merely that an ACH transfer took time. The issue is that Ramp represented funds as completed, permitted me to act on that representation, and then changed the ledger afterward—leaving my money unavailable and its location unclear. For a company selling financial control to businesses, this is a fundamental failure. Transaction statuses should be accurate, funding sources should be explicit, and customers should never have to investigate multiple accounts to determine where their own money went. Once my funds are recovered, I will be terminating the card and ending my relationship with Ramp. I would not recommend trusting this platform with business operating funds.

Receiving my money requires me to provide all my private information, and now you are asking me to complete facial recognition. I am not a customer of your company; I am simply trying to receive my payment. Why is all of this information required?

firstly, they are not a user-friendly platform and their support service is very bad. There is no transparency in what they do and that is why I will always choose Crop Mines# over all the time. I've never regret using them as they kept to their promises and they are so efficient in all the service they render to their customers.

Can't reach customer support in any other way, so hereby: Wanted to let you know I keep being spammed with (automated) mails by you guys, multiple times a month for years. However, when I finally book a meeting, the meeting is canceled without notice and the BDR doesn't respond anymore. Weird way of acquiring customers, isn't it. Look into your sales team.

I like Brex better I'm not gonna lie but it does the job. Customer service isn't that great though.

Auch nicht für Geld. Unclaimed ist fair. Claimed gibt das Mikrofon — nicht den Radiergummi.
