Issues solved promptly
Although we had some issues with my order from UK to EU Rarewawes solved the issues and I finally received my order in excellent condition. The issues were solely related to Brexit and are not at all related to Rarewawes way-of-working. I will continue ordering from them in the future. They have an execelent customer service.

Excellent customer service
Long delivery time and the part of the order didn't arrive. However, customer services were excellent and resolved without issue. Great prices & the customer service was very good

The mysterious case of the two"lost" packages
On July 27th I ordered three items, 2 Blu-Rays and a vinyl LP all of which were really good value at just over £6 each. I received the Blu-Rays a week later but two weeks after that there was still no sign of the album. On writing to Rarewaves they got back immediately and told me to wait another 7 working days and contact them if it still hadn't arrived. A week later still no sign, so I wrote back and they told me they would send a second copy. A week after that I let them know there was still nothing and instead of chasing it up they refunded me without asking. They claim not to be able to track delivery of orders. In my experience even the most basic postal services offer some form of tracking system. The refund was massively disappointing given that Rarewaves had committed to my order and I had spent some considerable time on email exchanges with them. My suspicion is that the LP was mispriced at £6.31 because when I search for it now, the same disc it costs £37.06. I am therefore wondering if the 'missing package'/refund solution was providing a convenient way of them not losing money. Especially as I have never had a single package go missing like this let alone TWO IDENTICAL PACKAGES. I feel very let down.
