La prima settimana di agosto ho acquistato a Lainate una Sony A7c2. Ero interessato all'obiettivo Sony 28-60 per mantenere le piccole dimensioni della macchina. Non ne avevano e mi hanno venduto un Tamron 28-75 f 2,8. Un ottimo obiettivo forse qualitativamente superiore al Sony. Dopo qualche giorno di NON UTILIZZO perchè ingombrante, telefono per procedere ad un eventuale cambio con 1 o 2 obiettivi di mia scelta. Al telefono parlo con il Sig. Flavio al quale spiego il problema e che, ancora prima di entrare nel dettaglio, mi dice che "naturalmente non può pretendere che lo valutiamo allo stesso prezzo a cui lo abbiamo venduto 2 settimane fa. Non sarebbe giusto nei confronti delle persone che noleggiano da noi". Naturalmente questa premessa mi ha indisposto. Non sono un amante della polemica. Mi dispiace non aver parlato con il Sig. Giusti che mi aveva venduto la fotocamera ma è evidente che a parte la professionalità che non metto in dubbio, qualche carenza comunicativa esiste. Peccato! Nel frattempo ho già comprato 2 obiettivi online e mi accingo a comprarne un terzo scambiando il Tamron. Probabilmente con altre sedi RCE Foto.

Great experience with RCE Foto (Paris)
One week ago I used the RCE Foto website to ask if they would be interested in buying from me a Nikon DSLR, several lenses and some other camera peripherals. After using their on-line facility to list each item I received a fair provisional offer from them and posted all my equipment to their shop in Paris (using postage stamp emailed to me by RCE Foto). Two days later (a Saturday), I received a confirmation of receipt and a verified offer for all acceptable equipment - one lens had to be rejected because of condition. I accepted their verified offer and their inspection report for the unacceptable lens. Two further days later the payment for my equipment was in my bank and I have just received back the lens that RCE Foto rejected - I have confirmed that it is not perfect as I had thought. Although I was anxious about making this transaction (a first time for me), I cannot fault the service that I received from RCE Foto’s Paris staff. I did follow each step with prompt emails and responses were sometimes not as fast as I would have liked, but the transaction could not have progressed better really. ===================================== Il y a une semaine, j’ai utilisé le site de RCE Foto pour demander s’ils seraient intéressés par l’achat d’un reflex Nikon, de plusieurs objectifs et d’autres périphériques. Après avoir utilisé leur site en ligne pour lister chaque article, j’ai reçu une offre provisoire équitable de leur part et j’ai posté tout mon équipement dans leur boutique à Paris (en utilisant un timbre-poste envoyé par e-mail par RCE Foto). Deux jours plus tard (un samedi), j’ai reçu une confirmation de réception et une offre vérifiée pour tout l’équipement acceptable - un objectif a dû être rejeté en raison de son état. J’ai accepté leur offre vérifiée et leur rapport d’inspection pour l’optique inacceptable. Deux jours de plus, le paiement de mon équipement était dans ma banque et je viens de recevoir la lentille que RCE Foto a rejetée - j’ai confirmé qu’elle n’est pas parfaite comme je l’avais pensé. Bien que j’étais anxieux à l’idée de faire cette transaction (une première pour moi), je ne peux pas reprocher le service que j’ai reçu du personnel de RCE Foto à Paris. J’ai suivi chaque étape avec des e-mails rapides et les réponses n’étaient parfois pas aussi rapides que je l’aurais souhaité, mais la transaction n’aurait vraiment pas pu mieux progresser.

Voila des gens sérieux
Voila des gens sérieux, qui savent de quoi ils parlent, ils sont efficace. C'est la deuxième fois que j'ai "affaire" a eux et tout se passe bien. Merci de m'avoir obtenu un Canon RF 100-500, de l'avoir fait venir d'Italie le tout gratuitement. Bravo a toute l'équipe de Paris.

Un ottimo servizio rovinato da un pessimo corriere
Non mi capacito di come una realtà così solida e riconosciuta si possa affidare al peggior corriere sulla piazza! Ho acquistato una lente di alto valore (parliamo di un Sony FE 28-70mm F2 GM), inviato la mia permuta, pagato fattura in tempo zero e devo dire che il negozio di RCE Padova ha preparato la spedizione con prontezza e professionalità come sempre.. ma tutto questo diventa totalmente inutile se poi la merce viene affidata ad un corriere che non offre alcuna garanzia sulla consegna! Risultato? Si attende Bartolini.. senza feedback, senza servizio clienti decente, senza riferimenti se non un tracking che si aggiorna a casaccio e con informazioni false (es: "non consegnato per azienda chiusa", quando sono stato in azienda proprio ad attendere il pacco dalle 08:30 alle 19:30). RCE rappresenta il punto di riferimento per chiunque venda/acquisti usato garantito in Italia, e spesso tra questi clienti ci sono professionisti come me che hanno bisogno di ricevere la merce in tempistiche chiare e precise per non andare incontro a complicazioni lavorative, non possiamo rimanere in balia del corriere. Ho comunque dato 3 stelle perchè la professionalità e serietà del negozio non si discutono, grazie anche a Elvira per il prezioso supporto.
