Welcome discount code doesn’t apply to most things
Tried to order from them after seeing a 10% welcome discount for new customers. The code they email you when you sign up with your email address doesn’t say about any limitations, so we went through the order process online. The code didn’t work, so we emailed RDX for help. They then told us the code doesn’t work for anything heavy, or a lot of other things by the sound of it (their email below). Be aware when ordering or wasting time trying to order as a new customer as most of what they sell is heavy, outside of smaller items such as gloves. They should make this clear rather than pretending to discount everything in order to get your email address for marketing. “We sincerely apologise for the confusion regarding the 10% welcome discount code. Please note that the discount does not apply to the following categories: 1. Heavy items 2. Sale price items 3. New arrivals 4. Bundle items As you are purchasing the RDX Ronin 6ft Free Standing Punch Bag, which is a heavy item, the welcome discount is unfortunately not applicable to this product. We appreciate your understanding and apologise for any confusion caused. Please feel free to contact us if you require any further assistance.”

Very Disappointing Return Policy &…
Very Disappointing Return Policy & Customer Service I would think twice before ordering from this company, especially if there is any possibility you may need to return the product. The mat I received was advertised as “lightweight and portable” and “easy to clean,” but my experience was completely different. The mat is extremely heavy and inconvenient to carry, and the material on the underside picks up dust, hair and debris from the floor very easily and is extremely difficult to clean. I contacted customer service and explained these issues, but there has been very little flexibility. I was told that I am responsible for the return shipping cost. Because the item is so heavy, the cost of shipping it back is nearly as much as the product itself, which essentially leaves me stuck with an item I am unhappy with. Customers should be aware of this before purchasing. If the product doesn’t work for you, returning it can be extremely expensive. Unfortunately, this has been one of the most disappointing customer-service and return experiences I’ve had. I would not purchase from this company again.

I can’t be sure how good the product of a reputable firm is because it’s been lying on the suburb of my city for days. The problem is that the reputable firm itself, without consulting its client, chose one of the most irresponsible and lazy courier services in our region. In short, the money has been paid and the goods are not. So, 1 star out of 5.

Great product, great service
The lifting belt I bought feels great, very supportive. Material and stitching is fantastic, especially for the price. As well as the product, I had a complicated shipping situation and the customer support team were incredibly helpful - in touch via email proactively and made sure I received my order. Very grateful and I will be using RDX next time I need equipment.

Grande réactivité du service client. J’avais commandé 2 shorts de la même taille mais l’un était plus grand que l’autre. Ayant une compétition prévue peu de temps après cet achat, ils ont expédié un autre short avant même d’avoir reçu mon retour. Par ailleurs, leurs produits sont vraiment de bonne qualité.
