Will i receive the goods, or not???
Leave shipping to last minute… Order placed 22nd Aug Last mile carrier rec data 25th Aug Goods still with Reabtec - 28th Aug… … better arrive tomorrow on the last of the 5-7 day delivery promise… Not convinced they will deliver on time - glad I didn’t pay for earlier shipment… Poor communication and poor logisitcs-in- practice.:(

Poor Customer Service and No Response…
Poor Customer Service and No Response to Exchange RequestI ordered an item from ReabTec (Order Ref: 26981889) and accidentally selected the wrong size. I contacted the company immediately to request an exchange for the correct size while the item was still unused, in its original packaging, and with all tags attached. I also requested return instructions and a return shipping label.Despite sending my original email and then following up again over a week later, I received no response at all. As a customer, it's very frustrating when a company doesn't acknowledge or respond to reasonable exchange or refund requests.Good customer service includes clear communication, even if a request cannot be accommodated. Unfortunately, my experience with ReabTec has been disappointing due to the complete lack of response.

My first order never arrived
My first order never arrived. Customer service then told me they would send a replacement and issue a refund, which I appreciated. Unfortunately, the replacement has now arrived, but it doesn’t fit me. It is too small compared with the size chart, so I have no use for it at all. I understand that the original shipping issue was not necessarily your fault, and I appreciate the customer service response. However, regardless of whether I received the refund, I’m still left with a product that doesn’t fit me and is essentially useless to me. I may as well put it in the bin. Very disappointing overall.

The product is good, but
The product is actually very good. Feel supported and they dont slip down which is a pleasant surprise. Very happy with them. But, they did take longer than anticipated to arrive and I reached out to customer services and didnt get a response, which was disappointing.

Classic dropshipping
Classic dropshipping. The material itself is actually good and works as advertised, but I found the exact same product on Asian marketplaces for a fraction of the price — just without their logo. Shipping also took quite a long time, which is typical when ordering directly from Asia. So overall: the product works and the quality is fine, but there’s nothing unique about it. It seems to be a standard dropshipping product with a logo added and a significant markup. In my opinion, simply overpriced for what it is.
