Achtung! Abzocke
Achtung!! Abzocke. Nach Bezahlung wir einem zugesichert das die Ware versendet wir, wird sie aber nicht. Ständige Verzögerungen und Ausreden. Über 1,5 Jahre bin. Bei Anruf geht keiner ran. Selbst nach einschalten der Rechtschutzversicherung und eines Anwaltes Funkstille. Er geht nicht einmal an das Telefon. Ich kann nur jedem raten nicht dort zu kaufen. Auch wenn vielleicht der ein andere Verkauf statt findet, und die Kombi wirklich schick ist,...ist es unzumutbar. Erst nach sehr langer Zeit habe ich mein Geld zurück bekommen

Horrendous communication and overall sketchiness
I had an order placed in late December, which was advertised to be delivered around March to April. When I reached out first around the end of April to ask, I recieved a quick response telling me that my order would be delivered around the end of April. The weeks went by and I carefully asked again at the end of May, but I recieved no response whatsoever. I gave some time but after two more weeks without response I asked again and when that failed I iniciated a dispute through Paypal. An entire SIX weeks after my mail from May (and just before my Paypal dispute would close) I recieve a very passive-agressive message saying that the product was manufactured and apparently on its way to the seller. The seller urged me to close my claim with paypal, which would lock me out of any potential buyer protection, if I wanted to recieve my order. After asking if they could provide some evidence that they were actually recieving product, I was ghosted again. So I did the only rational thing and did not cancel the claim, which refunded my purchase a few days later. This was unironically immediately acknowledged by the seller via mail, so it is highly likely they were just not responding out of spite. To sum it up: crappy, barely functioning website (it is actually STILL advertising this "end-of-the-year deal" at the point of writing) that is not maintained, a seller which lures you in with delivery promises that are incredibly inacurrate and that might just decide to randomly ghost you, only to get annoyed when you take matters in your own hands and not let the clock run out on your buyer protection. Do not give your money to this guy.

Bad fit, bad materials, zero service, no refund.
Twice the suit made-to-measure did not fit, after 18 months, deliberately so my Visa guarantee is no longer valid. And the lining ripped trying it . Took it to a specialist motorbike leather gear manufacturer in The Hague. His assessment: poor materials, poor workmanship. Rebellion owner Claudio Adler no longer responds to complaints, but does to new business enquiries. STAY AWAY! is my advice.
