I ordered extra wide dress shoes for a wedding. They shipped from Pakistan and when I got them they were massive. I asked for an exchange. Said I received the correct size until I showed them a photo of my foot next to the show (almost twice my size). Then I received the dutys/tariff invoice that isnt included in the price and I had to pay for it. I then requested a return since I wouldnt get the new pair before the wedding and they ghosted me. Do not trust them. Buy your shoes elsewhere. I eventually got the replacement shoes and they were not the same style, not the extra wide but finally the correct size. UPDATE 8/20/26: The company's response below contains several factual inaccuracies, so I am updating my review with the documented timeline. Your response leaves out several important facts that are documented in our email correspondence. I ordered a US size 10 in 4E extra-wide width. In fact, your own May 8 email states that my order was for a US size 10 in 4E width. What I actually received was nowhere close to a size 10. I measured the original shoe at approximately 13 3/8 inches long and sent you photos showing my foot next to the shoe. At the time, I told you it appeared closer to a US size 18 than a US size 10. Only after I provided photographic evidence did your team acknowledge the sizing discrepancy and agree to make a replacement. The timeline is also important. On May 15, you told us the replacement would ship the following Wednesday. On May 26, I had to follow up because I still had not received tracking information. On May 28, you apologized for the delay and told me the replacement had only shipped earlier that week. By that point, the delay had already caused a problem. I needed these shoes for the tailoring and final fitting of my suit for a wedding the following week. Because I could no longer rely on receiving them in time, I had to purchase another pair of dress shoes elsewhere at an additional expense. At 6:53 AM on May 28, I specifically requested a full refund and a prepaid return label. Your response at 6:59 AM that same day said that if the replacement was delivered, you would provide a return label so that I could return both pairs for a refund. I followed up again on June 3, specifically requesting a full refund because I still had no return label and had also received an unexpected FedEx customs/duties invoice for the original shipment. On June 4, you again stated in writing that once the replacement was delivered, you would send me a return label and that after the return was received, you would initiate my refund. So your statement here that you "did not hear back" from me after May is simply incorrect. I then followed up again on July 26 asking for the return labels for both pairs. I received no response. That also makes the claim that I simply waited three months and then suddenly requested a return in August extremely misleading. I had already requested the refund in May, requested it again in June, and was waiting for the prepaid return labels that your company repeatedly said it would provide. There was also the unexpected FedEx invoice for customs duties and taxes, which your June 4 email confirmed were separate from the amount paid at checkout. And after all of this, the replacement pair still was not what I originally ordered. The replacement is finally the correct general shoe size, but it is not the same material/style as the original shoe and it is not the extra-wide fit I ordered. So yes, I stand by the substance of my review. I ordered a size 10 4E shoe. I received a massively oversized shoe. The replacement took so long that I had to buy another pair for the wedding. I was charged unexpected customs duties. I repeatedly requested the return labels and refund your company said it would provide. And the eventual replacement still did not match what I originally ordered. This experience reflects an extremely poor quality-control and customer-service process. At multiple stages, the size, timing, communication, return process, and replacement product were handled incorrectly.

I purchased a pair of crocodile embossed shoes and they didn’t look like the picture at all.

rebels market is a spam. I paid over 300 dollars for a pair of suede shoes. When they arrive the sole was hard as a rock and slippery like an ice field. I returned them and when I returned them I had to pay for customs to send them from Canada to an address in California. later on I received a bill from Fedex asking for a customs Bill from the shoes as they were originally sent from Islamabah. So the shoes arent made in America. Now they dont want to refun my 300 dollars.

To whom it may concern, I am writing to share a comprehensive account of my recent, profoundly disappointing experience with RebelsMarket. My journey began with an optimistic search for custom-made boots, specifically requiring a 2E wide fitting. After browsing your online selection and not finding specific wide-width options, I proactively reached out via email to inquire about accommodation for my specific sizing needs. their prompt response, confirming their ability to create an "extra wide dress boot," was initially reassuring. However, a slight red flag appeared when I was asked to provide precise foot measurements. While I complied, it struck me as peculiar that a company specializing in handmade footwear wouldn't possess established standards or a clear understanding of typical wide-shoe measurements, especially when offering custom services. Upon receiving the first pair, despite my careful measurements and their assurances, the boots felt akin to a standard D width, significantly narrower than the 2E I required. This necessitated further communication and another attempt. I meticulously re-measured my foot, hoping for a correction. Regrettably, the second pair proved to be an even greater disappointment, fitting closer to a B width – narrower still. This repeated failure in sizing, after two attempts and direct communication, was incredibly frustrating. Adding insult to injury, I was then unexpectedly presented with a FedEx bill for approximately $17 in customs fees, as the boots originated from Pakistan. This crucial detail regarding international shipping and potential customs charges was never disclosed during the ordering process, leading to an unwelcome surprise expense. The financial burden didn't end there. To return the ill-fitting second pair, I was forced to pay $108 out of my own pocket for shipping. While I don’t appreciate that RebelsMarket never reimbursed me the shipping fee, the initial outlay and the hassle of arranging international returns for a product that repeatedly failed to meet the agreed specifications were considerable and entirely avoidable. Beyond the sizing and hidden costs, the overall quality of the dress boots was far below expectations. The soles felt cheap and flimsy, the leather quality was mediocre at best, and the interior construction was particularly poor, lacking any discernable lining or padding, which severely compromised comfort and durability. This starkly contradicted the impression of artisanal, high-quality footwear I had hoped for. In summary, my experience with RebelsMarket was a significant waste of both time and money. It took over a month and a half of back-and-forth, re-measuring, and dealing with unexpected expenses, only to conclude that the product was unsuitable in every respect. In stark contrast, I subsequently ordered dress boots from Boots Barn. They delivered the correct size and superior quality on the first attempt, at a price point $145 cheaper, and within a mere five days. This experience clearly demonstrated what efficient service, accurate sizing, and genuine product quality look like, further highlighting the profound deficiencies encountered with RebelsMarket. I will not be conducting business with RebelsMarket again.
