DO NOT BUY
I wish I checked here for reviews before I purchased the doll. The doll DOES NOT look anything like the picture of what you expect to be getting...IT LOOKS LIKE A DOLL NOT A NEWBORN. The diaper sent with the doll is way too big. The hair is greasy feeling. I wanted to add photo but was unable to. VERY DISAPPOINTED!!!!

This is a TOTAL SCAM! DO NOT BUY ANYTHING from this website. They are not legit. I spent $200 and have received absolutely nothing after 3 weeks of waiting. All that their customer"service" tells me is that they have contacted the courier and to have patience. All canned responses. I tried to buy a doll for my daughter's birthday, and now I am out $200 and don't have anything to give her. Awful awful place.

Received doll that looked nothing like…
Received doll that looked nothing like the doll I ordered. First response from customer service was a suggestion to use the wig brush and they offered me a 10% refund to keep the doll. Next response when I told them no, I didn't want to keep the doll was to offer 20% refund to keep it. I am still waiting for the prepaid shipping label to return it to be sent and a full refund. I wish I would have checked prior to ordering! Lesson learned!!

I bought a reborn doll and didn’t give me the doll that looked anything like the one in the picture and when I got her, we told customer service and they only offered us a $10 refund(and it cost $122).

Do not order from this company
If it were possible to leave less than one star, I would. Unfortunately, the doll we received bore very little resemblance to the product advertised on the website. It appeared to be a generic doll rather than the specific model we ordered. We purchased a 16-inch doll, yet the one supplied measured only 14 inches. It was also advertised as weighing 2,500g but actually weighed approximately 1,500g. The clothing included with the doll was significantly oversized and therefore unusable. The quality of the doll's hair was particularly disappointing. Rather than being properly rooted, it appeared as though a wig had simply been attached. Immediately strands of hair began to come out and within a very short period of normal use, the hair began falling out in large clumps. The doll has now lost around half of its hair and is visibly balding, which has been upsetting for my daughter, who has taken great care of it. I contacted the company in an attempt to resolve these issues, but my concerns were dismissed. The only resolution offered was a 20% discount on a future purchase, which I found wholly inadequate given the circumstances. As a result of this experience, I have no intention of ordering from the company again. The company repeatedly stated that the warranty period had expired and therefore they could not assist. However, when I asked for clarification regarding the length of the warranty period, as no such information appears to be available on their website, my question went unanswered. Had I read the existing reviews before making my purchase, I would not have ordered from this company. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend them and would advise potential customers to exercise caution before purchasing.
