Excellent software and helpful support
I have been using ReclaiMe Ultimate for a long time and have always considered it a very capable and professional data recovery solution. Recently, I had a problem activating my lifetime license. Even though older licenses and purchases can sometimes be difficult to trace after many years, the support team was helpful and took my request seriously. I also appreciate that ReclaiMe continues to support its international customers despite the difficult economic and international circumstances affecting many companies today. For me, good software is not only about the product itself, but also about whether a company continues to help customers when something goes wrong. Your Data is Worth It
We had our Synology NAS go out on us, and after multiple attempts to replace with a hot spare drive, the decision was made to cut my losses and start from scratch. When researching possible ways to recover the data from these Btrfs-formatted drives, ReclaiMe was brought up in multiple results, so I decided to try the demo to see if it would suit my needs. It wasn't long before I realized this software would do exactly what was promised, and although I was hesitant to spend so much on a license, you quickly realize the price of admission is well worth the peace of mind - for your current data recovery scenario and any future issues that may arise. It could maybe be a little more user friendly to novices, but I had no issue getting the gist in a short period of time. Would certainly recommend!

Synology NAS Data Recovery Using ReclaiMe.
We were using a 12-bay Synology NAS system for onsite database backup storage. The NAS had been running reliably for more than Seven years and was configured with approximately 66 TB of critical database data stored on a Btrfs File system based Six RAID1 array. Recently, one of 12 tb Seagate Ironwolf PRO NAS HDDs in the RAID array failed. During the process of removing and replacing the failed disk, an unexpected issue occurred at the DiskStation Manager (DSM) level. Unfortunately, this resulted in the complete disappearance of the storage volume from the NAS. The incident created a highly critical situation, as the entire database backup repository became inaccessible. We evaluated multiple data recovery solutions; however, most tools were unable to properly detect or reconstruct the Btrfs file system and RAID configuration. After extensive testing, we found that ReclaiMe File Recovery Software was the only solution capable of accurately identifying the RAID structure and recovering data from the Btrfs volume. The recovery process with ReclaiMe was exceptionally smooth and technically impressive. The software automatically analyzed the RAID parameters, reconstructed the array, and allowed us to recover nearly the entire 10 TB database storage successfully. Most importantly, the recovered databases were intact and free from corruption, which was critical for maintaining operational continuity.
