This company is a fraud
In January 2022 I purchased what was advertised as an authentic Samsung folding phone case for my Galaxy Note 8 to replace the original one I've had for years. Since my phone is 4 years old I could only find cheap imitations sold on other websites for $19.95. So I was excited when I found the website, Tabletphonecases.com who advertised they sold only original Samsung folding phone cases for the Galaxy Note 8. The price was $43.00, which is to be expected for an original Samsung phone case that is difficult to find. But soon I became very concerned after months went by without delivery. Each month I emailed this firm requesting a tracking number only to receive a standard form letter stating they will try to check the status of my order. I gave up all hope. Then one day to my amazement the phone case arrived in the mail. However what I discovered was extremely maddening. It was the exact same cheap plastic imitation phone case that is being sold on other websites for a third of the price. Because I was giving this company such a hard time for months asking the status of my order, they purchased one of these cheap phone case and sent it to me. This company and the people that work there are CHEATS! DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THIS FIRM. IF YOU DO YOU HAVE ONLY YOURSELF TO BLAME WHEN YOU LOSE YOUR MONEY.

Absolutely dubious. Ordered a new article but received a used and damaged article. No refund of the money despite the return of the item.

We are waiting for our order to be delivered (approximate deliverytime 5-12 days, currently 5th week of waiting. The company doesn’t want to Hove a refund, keeps telling us to wait. Very disappointing:(

I didn't get my shipment
I didn't get my shipment. I have emailed customer service like 6 times.. There reply is I see that it was delivered on 28th Sep. Please check with your housemembers / neighbors. I checked with my neighbors and my post office. I had to go buy another one as I needed it.
