Non-existent Customer Service
I had to rate Burger King Customer Service a one star. But, how do you rate something that's non-existent. I don't think a one-star rating is fair at all. That's way too generous. I recently purchased a Walmart+ membership and one of the benefits requires members to link their Walmart+ account to the Burger King account to receive several discounts. But, I'm unable to link my Burger King account to the Walmart+ membership and I can't log into my Burger King account nor create a new one. Here's why! When I try to login, it says "an account already exists with this email, try logging into your existing account". It's impossible! It then takes me to "Create an Account". Then, it starts all over with the above, repeating itself. Apparently, they have no tech help, either. When I use their chat feature, it offers a contact form so they can contact me. It breaks down on the very last question, alerting me to a technical issue and to try again later. BK is starting to be obscene, now. I even tried linking both accounts through my Google account, which is offered on the Burger King website. That can't even be achieved. So, I get in touch with a live agent. Yes, I live one. But, neither of us can understand each other. But, we try. He gets my email and says he'll email me a link to fix the problem. That was 2 days ago and I still haven't received the email and I don't expect to. I tried the option to delete my BK account and create a new one. Yep, you got it. There's no account with that email to delete, even though they said elsewhere there already was an existing account with that email. Before leaving a negative review about any business on Trust Pilot, I make every effort to resolve the issue with the business. If I ever do leave a negative review about a business, you can bet there's a problem with that business. My next step, if there's no response from BK, is to contact Walmart+. It's unfortunate that anyone has to go through all this with the technology we have today. BK needs to use it instead of running from it.

Late night
Late night, sitting on the cold chairs and table tops, AC going, background music playing. Once in awhile you can hear far away the employees laughing. Bite my straw and pull up and push down in the lid of the cup, to irritate everyone in there. However, no other person was in the sitting room. My favorite sandwich is the OCS original chicken sandwich x 2. Every time I visit. Aloha from Hawaii Maui Kahului.

Keep it up BK
I guess people here only leave negative reviews and i don’t know why. I assume the majority people that like and go to BK just don’t bother to leave a review for a brand, a chain that everybody knows it and everyone has an opinion. For me, the best burger place
