Funktioniert in der Türkei perfekt
Ich habe es bis jetzt in 2 Jahren 5-mal in der Türkei benutzt und es funktioniert perfekt mit Türk Telekom. Mir kommen ehrlich gesagt die schlechten Erfahrungen hier etwas verdächtig vor. Der Kundenservice ist auch super. Ich bin zufrieden, es muss halt vor Anreise aktiviert und in der Türkei Roaming eingeschaltet sein.

ESIM didn't work, no refund, bad support, avoid
Got an Esim when on vacation. The set up was painful, and the it actually glitched and crashed during installation. It meant my Esim was "activated" but i couldn't use it. I messaged support and they did everything in their power to not give me a refund or just a new esim lol. Useless - actively avoid this company. I got a holafly and it was more expensive but it actually worked.

Good value and reliable network service
I have traveled through Europe and the United States and have had no bad experiences. I have been using their services for a few years now. The prices are still better than those offered by competitors. Based on my experience, I can recommend RedteaGo. Even troubleshooting via the in-app chat works well, and the response is very fast. Definitely do not buy it
Definitely do not buy it. The signal is terrible and the network barely works. Customer service is not helpful at all. They make you miserable with your own money. I absolutely, definitely do not recommend it. Update: You replied to me here and told me to report the issue in detail via email. I have already reported this to you at least three times by email and countless times through Live Chat. Please do not respond here as if you have helped me or are going to help me, because you are not helping at all. Do not believe their replies under my comment as if they care or are trying to help, because they definitely do not help. As I mentioned above, I contacted them many times and they did not help in any way at all. Do not waste your money.

Absolute and terrible waste of money. It doesn’t work at all in Kosovo and the only answer they give you is that the speed limit is like this. Trust me Choose other companies
