I would like to ask a very important question: was Remitano created to frustrate its clients? Because if that is not the case, I honestly cannot understand why my funds have been held for over seven days without being credited back to my wallet. Initially I funded my Exness account with my Remitano wallet I had a delay in verifying my Exness account after making a deposit. Since the verification process was taking longer than expected for crypto deposits, I decided to request a withdrawal so I could fund my account through my local bank instead. Exness processed the withdrawal from their end, and the funds were released within minutes. However, I never received the money back in my wallet because Remitano has continued to hold on to my funds. After several back-and-forth communications with Exness, I discovered that the delay was not from their side but from Remitano. I contacted your customer support, and I was asked to provide transaction documents that Remitano already has access to. The transaction was completed through the same wallet address the funds came from, and I have also provided the requested recording as proof. Despite providing all the necessary information, I am now being told that my funds will be held for another seven days when I haven't even been told why Remitano withheld the funds for Eight days now. For what reason? Why should a customer’s money be withheld for this long when all the required verification and evidence have already been provided? This situation is unacceptable and has caused unnecessary inconvenience. I urgently request that my funds be refunded and credited back to my wallet before the close of business today. I expect this matter to be resolved immediately.

Crypto Deposit Not Credited, Recovery Requires 15 USDT Fee
Be careful when using Remitano. I recently had a frustrating experience with their XRP payment system. During the order payment process, the payment page only showed the wallet address and did not show any Destination Tag or warning at all. I followed the payment instructions exactly as shown and sent 23 XRP successfully to the address they provided. Later, support told me the deposit could not be credited because there was no XRP tag, and then asked me to pay an extra 15 USDT recovery fee. Honestly, this is the most frustrating part. 23 XRP was only worth around $31, but they wanted almost half of that amount again just to recover it — even though the actual payment page never clearly showed any tag requirement in the first place. Support kept repeating the same template replies instead of properly addressing the issue with the payment interface. I already provided: * Transaction hash * Screenshots * Screen recording * Full chat history Just sharing my experience so others can be extra careful before using the platform.
