Update V: Libidinous PH Project Support
Just checked their 'official' forums, which are also useless when it comes to project announcements, onboarding, or support. Thousands of people are asking for project access or help. I noticed something: when a user is a woman and looks pretty—because she uploaded a profile picture—the PH project support team immediately says 'hi' and caters to her needs, while everyone else gets ignored. How did they get this job? This is sickening to watch. If you are male, or if you have no picture, you are automatically ignored. If you look pretty, they will jump in without hesitation, lol. Their help is selective. And I might add, their onboarding center is still useless in 2026.

Tasks don't always make sense and the guidelines are sometimes hard to understand. I stopped working on this plateform 2 years ago because i got an office job and now that i returned i don't get to see any tasks.

They refuse to delete your account/data when requested
I have been reaching out to support for over a year ( didnt even realize this but my last support ticket was sent over a year ago for the SAME issue ). I CAN NOT LOG IN. There is a 5 year old phone number linked to my account, and their system will not let me log in, even with the correct email and password. It keeps wanting to text the phone number. Their response from last year states that they can't change my number. I submitted TWO tickets yesterday asking them to please update it or delete my account and data and an employee of theirs by the name of John Melchor Malhin III closed BOTH tickets without responding. Today I opened 3 more tickets as well as sent them an email. At this point, I just want them to delete my information and all data associated with me, and they're basically saying that they won't. This is absolutely crazy. I will be taking this so much further.
