His professionalism, patience, and genuine care made a significant difference to my day. He took his time to ensure everything was assembled safely and correctly, and he demonstrated each piece of equipment clearly, making sure I understood how to use it confidently. His calm manner, good sense of humour, and person‑centred approach helped me feel at ease throughout the process. He represented Remtek’s standards exceptionally well — respectful, knowledgeable, and committed to providing high‑quality support. I am truly grateful for the time, effort, and kindness he showed during the installation. Thank you for such an outstanding service.

Shivani helped me a lot with setting up and learning how to use my assistive technology software. She was so friendly and helpful and was able to simply explain all the processes, features and troubleshooting. Really lovely, nothing ever too much and given me much more confidence ahead of university.

I recently received software training and found the experience extremely useful and very well delivered. Jayne explained everything clearly and took the time to ensure I understood each stage before moving . The training was well structured, easy to follow, and very engaging throughout. I especially appreciated the patience, support, and practical demonstrations, which helped build my confidence using the software. I left the session with a much better understanding of both applications and feel more comfortable using them independently. Overall, it was a very positive experience and I would recommend the training to others.
