Just stay away and save yourself the money and headache
I genuinely have given Renogy so many chances and opportunities to make things right over the years but they always fall short, massively. Their products are just garbage. I have 2 separate 1000w systems with them and have had to replace the components overtime with other brands. I have had 2 charge controllers stop working a Rover100 and a Rover60. Their RenogyOne Core is total joke. The app is designed by a monkey and their support is so bad man. You will get someone overseas who doesn't know anything about solar and just reads a script back to you. Its truly pathetic and I hope this company wakes up or goes broke. If you care at all about your solar system actually doing what its intended to do just stay away. I have invested over $12,000+ in Renogy and regret it heavily. I am slowly swapping out their parts for better brands because I just can't deal with it anymore. Learn from me, and go to somewhere like Victron or another reputable brand - you will pay more initially but you will pay less over time.

Discrace of a company and don't stand by there warranty
So I bought everything I needed before starting my project and wonce finished and now less than two years of use the unit had stopped working, not what I would expect from this after what I paid . This is a disgrace of a company, I chose to go with renogy as they offer 3 year warranty but when something goes wrong with the unit they do everything not to help , I have been made to send photos and upload videos to YouTube and then also to provide diagrams but I , my system been working fine for 2 years and now the unit has failed, all connections are getting the right no of volts needed and the unit is not responding I'm getting a constant clicking witch I know would be dew to the unit relay . Something gone wrong with the unit and renogy are doing everything not to help or replace there defective unit . I would stay well clear of this company. Customer service is the worse Was on my nc500 trip and this ruined my trip

Their equipment is good but after I spent over $2500 with them they wouldn't let me return a brand new never used solar controller without a 4% restocking fee and I would have to pay for shipping.

Renogy stands behind their products and…
Renogy stands behind their products and the customer service was top notch. Each email was answered within a few hours, always on the same day and thoroughly. The always acknowledged the issue and in the end, they made it right. The solar panel, (other than the issue of the wire that kept disconnecting) got us through several off-grid camping expeditions with ease. Delivery of a new panel with wires securely attached happened within 2 days of them telling me that they were sending it. I highly recommend this product and company.

Habe leider auch einen Garantiefall und…
Habe leider auch einen Garantiefall und soll wie viele Andere hier auch eine ganze Liste professioneller Tests durchführen. War jetzt schlussendlich auf meine Kosten bei einem lokalen Akkuspezialisten, der ein Defekt am BMS festgestellt hat, so wie ich es vermutet hatte und Renogy auch geschildert habe. Die Garantie von Renogy wird nicht eingehalten und ist wertlos. Der Kundenservice ist unterirdisch. Ich kann diese Firma absolut nicht empfehlen.
