TERRIBLE SERVICE AND PLATFORM

I do not even want to assign a one star. They are very quick to charge you R750-00 but what they find for you are VERY old placements and not what is in my criteria. The most important it must be pet friendly and not one of the properties that they ever suggest is pet friendly, and way over the budget that I specified. Please do not ever ever use them. And do not sign up for any trial periods.

This company is a scam. AVOID AVOID. They offer nothing. I cancelled on the 14th day and they still charged me €39 THIS COMPANY SURVIVES ON HOOKING VULNERABLE PEOPLE WHO ARE DESPERATE TRYING TO FIND A HOME IN THE NETHERLANDS WITH A €1 OFFER. THEY HOPE THEY WILL FORGET TO CANCEL. THEY GIVE A BAD NAME TO THE PEOPLE OF NETHERLANDS AVOID AVOID

This company is pure fraud 🤬 scammers, and thieves First, they charge you €1 and claim that this payment will give you access to certain information. In reality, you get no access to the promised information. They also refused to refund my €1, despite my request. Then, a month later, I was shocked to discover that they had charged my card another €39 without my authorization. They do not respond to emails. Instead, you receive automated messages, and their website only provides a chatbot that is of no real help. I will now have to contact my bank and open a dispute to reverse this unauthorized charge. Judging by the way this company operates, I am clearly not the only person who has been misled and charged unfairly. Something needs to be done about this company. Businesses that operate this way should be investigated and, if these practices are confirmed, shut down. I strongly advise everyone to be extremely careful and think twice before giving this company your payment details
