No chance of getting an authorised refund from them
I would suggest not to book anything through their website. Due to a problem with the hotel I was staying at they authorised a full refund for my 1 night stay. The other agent Expedia fully refunded Reservation Day for my 1 night stay and asked them to refund me. After various emails and help from the hotel they have started not to respond to my emails and it has been over 10 months trying to sort out my refund. They therefore have been paid TWICE for my booking with them.

Be cautious - hotel may charge extra when you get there.
So, this site isn't a total scam, as the booking I made through them did exist. However, their site claimed breakfast was included. It was not. They had booked with the hotel at a basic rate and I had to pay an additional £15 per person, per night when I got there. Apparently I was the fourth person that day to have this problem with reservationday. They are also impossible to contact to address problems.

Reliable and easily available to communicate
You can easily communicate with their agents as many times as you like, whenever you like via Super. com online chat service. Always ask for the HCN (Hotel Confirmation Number). Sometimes they book don't give it immediately and HCN is available 48hrs before check-in when you contact them. I booked two different hotels and it was fine and I had no problem with. Will defo use them again.

I can’t believe what an awful
I can’t believe what an awful Company this is. I have emailed 4 times and zero response . With this breaking out of the Middle East unrest I can’t get to my destination and these people just don’t respond I would t even give one star

Can't get money returned
I paid for two nights and money was taken immediately from account also charged $13.65 exchange as money sent to USA. This is not stated on original booking page. I had to cancel booking as Hospital changed dates and from there it was a nightmare trying to get money refunded. DO NOT BOOK WITH THIS COMPANY also bank charged $13.65 exchange as money was sent to USA.
