Great Product but the most…
Great Product but the most dysfunctional business I’ve ever had the misfortune to deal with. I literally can’t pay these idiots. They randomly stopped taking money from my account for my subscription, I had to call them and tell them to take my money 😂. And then when they didn’t, they sent me collection letters 🤦♂️. It would have been funny except we’re up to the third time, this time it’s Boost Debt Collectors. I’ll say it here for everyone to see and hear Resmed PLEASE take my money send me a new hose and mask, or just call it quits and leave me alone. Your hopeless and your genuine replacement parts are cheaper online.

Poor Customer Service
Customer service is terrible. You end up holding for 15 to 30 minutes during which time a recording repeats that if you wanna leave a voicemail press one you press one and it just keeps on the same loop. Then when you actually get a representative, it is extremely unlikely that they will be able to answer your questions. I spent 10 minutes with Max and he did not understand any of my questions and had to look everything up and then gave me non-responsive answers.  Things like the device starts recording your sleep when you turn it on and stops when you turn it off. Oh my God.

J’ai un problème avec le serrage de mon masque P10
J’ai un problème avec le serrage de mon masque d’apnée du sommeil P10. Au matin, je constate qu’il est souvent mal positionné ou que son ajustement n’est plus optimal. Revoir le système qui ne tient pas une nuit, il coulisse , ceci au bout d’un mois d’utilisation environ, c’est fort regrettable, car ce masque est silencieux et léger.

Resmed records your bedroom audio. You cannot opt out.
My new airsense 11 runs out of water during the night. The device also sends data to Resmed including AUDIO RECORDING that I cannot opt out of or stop as they have built a modem into the device. I can only delete my account to stop them tracking the data against my name. This is a total invasion of privacy and more people should know what Resmed are doing. Bringing this up with their customer service is useless. They wont help or allow you to stop the data recording. Disgusting. Would return if I could.

Avoid this company and products
Terrible products and even worse customer support. The machines are bad, really bad. Water boarding is what I’d call it. Customer service are an absolute joke and pin it on the user being at fault with no help to try and fix issues. Two machines in with this joke of a company and still struggling.
