I've had great experiences with Retevis…
I've had great experiences with Retevis both with their products and interactions with their employees. When I've needed after sale support it's been helpful and effective. When I've interacted with them through social media to ask about product improvements and software fixes they've not only responded, they've listened and rolled out firmware updates! They are a rare one in the world of radio where they listen to ham operators for what can be made better.

Effective and Responsive Customer Service
Ordered on official Retevis site a bundle of 2 RT668D radios with two compatible mike-speakers. Surprised to receive much bigger bundle with same type of radios. Reported from the site by message to Customer Service, I received immediately a very commercial positive feedback. The missing parts were immediately sent and received in a very short time. So my experience: very responsive and effective customer service. For the material itself solid looking but to early to evaluate it.

Sent several messages to this company…
Sent several messages to this company over the months and never get any responses back from them. I have sent messages directly through their webpage and also on social media. If this is a reflection of their customer service, they can keep their electronics. Buyers beware!!

Horrible customer service
Horrible customer service. The belt clips on these radios break easily. I use them at my business. I ordered a set of new ones from retevis.com. When I made the order it said they were in stock and they would be shipped within a couple days and I would have them within a week or two. Several weeks later the order hadn't arrived. No email from them with an update. That's a red flag. I contacted them and waited days for a reply. They said there was a 'delay' and to give them 'a coupe more days' and they would be shipped. A couple weeks later I had to email them again because I haven't receied the order. Once again have to wait several days for a reply. I'm told 'This product line is currently undergoing optimization and upgrades, and the completion time is undetermined. Can you wait a couple days?'. I replied and said NO! Cancel the order and provide a full refund. Your 'couple days' has now gone into a couple months and there is no end in sight. I get an email back saying they are closed for 4 days. When they reply to that email days later they say 'This product hadn't yet entered the product optimization stage. Would you like a discount? I have lost track at how many emails I've sent to ask them to cancel the order and provide a full refund, but that has not happened and the order has not been shipped. Do NOT trust this company. I am going to pruchase another brand of radios in the future and they've lost my business. I contacted the bank to cancel the transaction because they have igored my requests. Brutal service!
