genuinely one of the worst experiences i’ve ever had, i have $400 in my account and i want to withdraw and instead it doesn’t let me withdraw + my account gets suspended, i’ve contacted their support team and they haven’t even replied back, they give me a bonus wager requirement for 6d and they want to ban my account and even if they give my account back the bonus requirement timer will be depleted and i lose my money. Such a bad experience banning for no reason

They block withdrawals! Everything was ok until withdrawals, 1st time verification soo i did 2nd time verification again????? Apperantly they did not have it even though My profile was fully verified . Hmmmm Oh well, sent it again..fully verified 3rd time crypto was unavailble for withdrawal. 4th try . MiFinity… not aloud to use because not used for deposit. 5th try- crypto, not allowed to use even though i have used for deposit??? Only allowed the highest minimum amount of $200 which I didn’t not have. When asked why I could not use crypto. No answer just please use bank transfer THEY ARE CCIMINALS!!! Cheat you out of your winnings RESPONSE TO RETROBET!!! You are the ONLY casino that has asked for verification every single withdrawal and also the ONLY one where crypto withdrawal was down for ages!! Hmmm 🤨 also when I asked your staff why I could not use mifinity. They were rude and dismissive, just told me no basically. And you are answering this post using the ‘verification speach’ that always just says a lot but never explain why!! I you will get audited on your processes and protocol cause you be fined at the best, hopefully closed.
