I just want to correct mis-information…
I just want to correct mis-information that new customers are leaving here. Revital was a fabulous health company with great personal service on e-mail and by phone, and I ordered lots from them over the years. However, it now appears they have been in financial difficulties post Lockdown - like many - and their stock started running low. I ordered every few months, but didn't know either until now, that they have gone into receivership, which is a great loss, and they should have been transparent and stopped people putting in orders. I am sad that they have gone under, as they had a wealth of knowledge and helpfulness.

I never received my order
I never received my order, either a refund. They don’t reply back to my emails. I think they out of business now because the website is down

Avoid this company
Avoid this company, they dont deliver your orders and dont respond to emails or phone calls. My very first experience with this company has been terrible. I checked their website for some items in January 2026, which were at the time not in stock, but there was the option for pre order to be available for early February. I pre ordered these two items. In February, one of the items was delivered, the othe item wss not available. From February to today (11/04/2026) Nobody answers the phone when I call..I have sent several emails asking for a refund. Nobody has responded..Its been dead silence, in spite of the numerous emails. Unfortunately I introduced a family member who made an order and has also had dead silence from the. This is really bad. I advise everyone to avoid this company, theres are other reputable food supplement companies. Dont get scammed

Very poor communication and long delay
Hello, I hope you are well. I am contacting you regarding my order, placed on 5th February as a pre-order with an estimated delivery time of 2–3 weeks. It has now been over two months, and I was previously informed that the product would be available in early April, which has not been the case.

Please be careful
Please be careful I have written to this company over 6 times to request a refund for the Biobran I ordered for over £300 in February which was never delivered and after writing several times in March I was promised a refund by the end of the day and it never came. The phone lines remain unanswered as do my emails.
