Sehr gute Erfahrung von Anfang bis Ende. Alles war transparent, zuverlässig und deutlich unkomplizierter als erwartet. Man merkt, dass hier Wert auf einen guten Service gelegt wird. Ich würde den Anbieter jederzeit wieder nutzen.

DONT PLAY IN THIS CASINO
Worst site even when it comes to withdrawals. They mislead you. In their FAQ it is stated that max withdrawal is somewhere to 10K. But when u win big they let u withdraw only 500 per day and 1500 per week. Also it takes 1-2 business days to get the withdrawal. In the weekend there is no chance to get a withdrawal. This is in fact for all casinos whom name end in ..Ace.

Riace is not legit and scam customers
I started using Rioace and became VIP after losing pretty much. They even gave me a VIP manager. When I suddenly won a decent amount the problems started. It was impossible to get any responses from them and they confiscated 79k NOK/8k USD from me. They claim that I have done an arbitrage bet, which is not true. My bet was on Ligue 1 (France top League). I first did a pre match bet and then some livebets during the game. If the odds was wrong they would have plenty of time to change it. I am not a professional so it is impossible for me to know what the exact odds should be, but it is totally wrong to void the bet and put the odds to 1. I can accept that the odds is adjusted a bit, but it is not fair to void my bet. And why did they not void any of my bets when I lost? I have been betting like this on a lot of casinos without problem and I can prove that I gamble with big amount everywhere I play. The odds provider have set the bets as won, but then Rioace have decided to overrule that decision. Pick another casino of you think about using Rioace.
