Their advertised delivery times mean absolutely nothing. My “3–4 day dispatch” was pushed back SIX separate times, eventually turning into around 8 weeks. Six different timeframes. Six times they failed to deliver what they told me. Even worse, they continued advertising fast dispatch while telling me privately they were out of stock (something they repeatedly refused to address when I called them out on it). When I finally had enough and demanded a refund, they somehow managed to make that a painful ordeal too. Absolutely shocking customer service. I paid more to buy elsewhere and wish I’d done it from day one.

RitKeep Destroyer M10 a must have!
I've used my RitKeep Destroyer M10 for the last 6 months, and it makes working at home so easy and convenient. Assembly was straightforward with easy-to-follow instructions, and if you require additional help, there are youtube videos to help as needed. It takes up very little floor space, but maximizes what you are capable of doing in and around the rack. Customer service was quick and helpful when I reached out, and next time I need workout equipment, I'll check RitKeep first.

Great budget machine
I got the ritkeep m10 destroyer which arrived in great shape with easy to follow instructions, I learned I was missing the D handle attachments so I emailed support and they had a tracking number for me within 12 hours

We love our Smith Machine
We love the machine. The delay in shipping was concerning but once the delivery team called with the explanation, we understood the delay. It wasn’t fun waiting for 4 weeks to get our rack but the delivery team was punctual and extremely helpful. Everything was packaged well.
