Withdrawal pending for over 20 days – poor communication and no clear updates

I am sharing my experience so other players are aware. My withdrawal was initiated on 10 February 2026. My account is fully verified (KYC completed) and no additional documents were requested. The withdrawal remained in “pending” status for around 14–16 days. During this time I contacted support multiple times (9 times in total). Each time I received the same response saying the case was “escalated to the finance team,” but I was never given a real explanation or any timeframe for when the payment would be processed. After the long delay, the withdrawal status suddenly changed to “payment error,” again without any proactive communication or explanation. Additionally, when checking withdrawal options, Visa/Mastercard displayed “No payment methods configured / No payment methods found,” which added further uncertainty. Another concerning issue is that live chat support later became unavailable, making it even harder to get updates or communicate directly with the operator. I submitted a formal complaint to the operator but only received a generic template response with no meaningful information. I hope this issue will be resolved soon, but at this stage the lack of transparency, payment issues, and limited support availability have been very disappointing. I will update this review if the situation is resolved.

AVOID THIS CASINO AT ALL COSTS!!!! Do not — I repeat — do not deposit a single penny there. I heard about this casino on a stream. I don’t want to name it because I think they didn’t know it was a scam site. Deposits work in seconds, but for withdrawals I don’t think I will ever see my money again. I HAVE BEEN WAITING OVER 14 DAYS FOR A WITHDRAWAL AND IT IS STILL PENDING. I wrote to support 4 times — it’s probably just one guy switching names — and I don’t get any real response, only generic copy-pasted messages that my case was transfered for financial team? Do you really think they have multiple teams for support allow me please its again prob. the same guy from support chat. I also sent 10 emails; of course, they didn’t respond. The website looks professional and trustworthy, with fake “trust scores” and what appears to be support, but it’s all misleading. Please don’t fall for this. You will likely lose your money. Again, AVOID IT AT ALL COSTS. PLEASE DON’T LET THEM FOOL YOU.

Red flag Casino worst ever

They are accepting deposit in a minute but when they need to accept yoir withdraw they are not accepting it and not explaining whats wrong with that. I am waiting for my deposit approval 10 days and its still on pending they gave me deadline when they will handle that but they didnt i have every screenshot dont make deposit there and dont play nothing with that casino chat support dont know whats problem they contacting financial department 20 times and they are not answering whats wrong with withdraw.
