I ordered the Rotimatic during my pregnancy for help, but it has become a nightmare. It stopped working after one month, and I still haven't received a reply from the team despite following up. There's no contact number either — pathetic service.

Scam
Used to be a fantastic machine with good customer support. Customer support is non existent now, the warranty and extended warranty are useless and the machine falls to pieces in under a year. Avoid at all costs. Keep getting emails with instructions on unboxing replacement machine which has not arrived more than a month after being promised.

Customer service has completely stopped…
Customer service has completely stopped responding—no chat support, no email replies. Now the Rotimatic app displays "failed to connect," and it appears my account has been blocked. This is unacceptable, especially after paying an extra €300 for an extended warranty. Since the entire support team is ignoring my messages, where can this be formally reported?

Rotimatic next unreliable and piece of junk
Rotimatic next was initially good but gave us many different problems on a consistent basis. We faithfully followed cleaning instructions every time before we start. We used the Ashirwaad whole wheat flour and correctly selected the same. Still we got following problems - dough ball not formed - dough balls getting stuck without the machine and us realizing - roti half the size, fat and uncooked - clean dough container despite being clean - tunnel blocked despite not being the case - machine getting stuck and just pausing at random times with power reset as the only option It’s ok to have problems if there is support to fix them. Rotimatic support is the worst of any company i dealt with. The app has chat support but responses take days. I managed to get a service live appointment but the technician did all the standard stuff making me clean the already clean machine. Then she said applying a firmware update will fix the machine but then she cited some problem pushing the update and will do so after the support call. But that never happened and I’ve been trying to contact them for several weeks with no luck
