Impossible for people with mobility issues
I was very surprised when we arrived that there was no elevator, as I couldn't find anything about that on the website. It is impossible for people with mobility issues. We were there on Ascension Day and the stations where you can see how diamonds are cut and polished were empty... which is a shame. Something like that isn't mentioned on the website either.

Great quality and service
My engagement ring is from Coster Diamonds and I still love it many years in. We go back once a year to have it checked and cleaned. Last time Pauline showed us around, her knowledge and skills are impressive.

Purchase of wife's engagement ring
Bought my wife's engagement ring at Royal Coster Diamonds and their help, attention to detail and care was professional. The valuable package was delivered safely to Germany after aligning on the timing with them. We've been back twice to have the ring cleaned for free. And a special mention of Pauline Willemse - not only is she a Guinness Book of Records winner, but her immense knowledge and willingness to share her interesting diamond stories with us was much appreciated.

Not delivered the quality as promised
Not 100% satisfying with their product. Last spring I have purchased the made to order Rainbow Prism ring and later on in the winter I had a moment to visit the shop again because I wanted to see more this on sale collection Then, by chance having to resee the original model of the Rainbow Prism ring, I am unhappy to learn that my made to order ring is not having the same quality as the show model. I have paid the full retail price and what they delivered is the size I got is smaller than the show model. The proportions of the ring is not as same as the original model. The shape and the angle of my ring is narrower. The most noticeable difference is they used the smaller diamonds and the smaller sapphires. It was bought for my anniversary gift and every time I look at my ring, I can’t help but doubting why I just can’t own the perfect one. Ps. I wrote my opinion on their website before but they rejected to public my review because it is longer than 3 months after purchasing.
