DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM! I wish I had checked before placing my order, that would've spared me a bunch of nerves. Not only have I not received any information on my order since placing it, they have also not responded to a single email I have written. I just requested a refund, we'll see how that goes. In any case: spare yourself the trouble and order somewhere else.

Don’t buy from them
Don’t buy from them, they are just scammers, I placed order on 25th January and it’s march but I still do not receive my order and they never reply the emails . So I suggest all to beware of any purchase from this website

Ware bestellt und nie bekommen
Ware bestellt und nie bekommen. Etliche Mails werden vom Chalkineurope Support komplett ignoriert. Mein Geld seh ich nie wieder,aber ich möchte andere davor bewahren,bei Chalkineurope etwas zu bestellen. Es wird nie ankommen und das Geld ist auch weg.

Don't buy from them, really, listen to the other comments and stay away before you make the same mistake, I regret not checking here before ordering. Placed a 'starter pack' order on their website and got an email saying they'll send me the tracking number in a few days. A whole week passes, nothing, so I message them about it. Response? Just another mail now CONFIRMIMG they shipped it out but still NO tracking number. Another week passes, and at this point I'm pissed cuz their so called 'arrives in few days' is a damn lie. And THEN after ANOTHER week (been a month at this point) they email me saying my country aka Sweden isn't allowing any shipping atm (which I personally believe is bullshit cuz I've ordered many times from abroad and have never had that promise but ykw maybe it did and I'm not aware of it) and I'll be refunded. Except another week and half passes and nothing. So I have to contact them again about the refund, and three days later, ONLY THEN, get my money back. Yeah, don't bother with these jokes, just order from Esty, Uclays, Amazon, literally anywhere else but here.

Je ne peux pas mettre zéro étoile
Je ne peux pas mettre zéro étoile. Jamais été livré ni remboursé. Commande passé le 25 ou 21 octobre. Ils ne répondent pas au mail. Ne commandez surtout pas. Je laisse un avis juste pour que ce soit plus facile pour les autres de trouver des avis sur ce site, car malheureusement je n’avais pas vu les avis négatifs.
