Hele fijne site met makkelijke…
Hele fijne site met makkelijke filtermogelijkheden. Uiteindelijk hier een vloerkleed gekozen na heel wat avonden scrollen op allerlei sites! (wel wat duurder dan elders maar one of a kind!) Ik ben benieuwd hoe het in de huiskamer zal staan!

Disappointing quality and refund
Very disappointing quality and an insulting 10% offer I ordered a brand-new rug from Rugvista and was extremely disappointed with the condition in which it arrived. Almost immediately after unpacking it, I noticed multiple defective areas across the rug where the pile is missing and the underlying construction/backing is clearly visible. This is not one tiny irregularity hidden somewhere on the rug — there are numerous visible spots, as shown in the attached photos. I contacted Rugvista and provided photographs of the defects. Their customer service acknowledged the issue and stated that this was “not the condition in which we want our customers to receive their rugs.” Despite acknowledging that a brand-new rug had arrived in an unacceptable condition, their proposed compensation if I kept it was a 10% refund. I find that offer frankly absurd. A customer buying a new rug should not have to accept multiple visible defects for essentially 90% of the original price. Keeping it also means accepting the risk that the affected areas may deteriorate further through normal use and vacuuming. To be fair, Rugvista did offer a free return for a full refund. However, this means repacking and returning a large rug and, if I still want the rug I originally ordered, placing another order and having another large rug shipped to me. Rugvista states that sustainability is part of its business approach, so I find it particularly difficult to understand why offering reasonable compensation for keeping an otherwise usable but clearly defective rug isn’t considered preferable to the additional transport and handling involved in a return and replacement. I proposed a 30% refund as a reasonable compromise: I would accept the defects and keep the rug, while avoiding an unnecessary return and another shipment. In the end the best thing they could offer was 15%.. What disappoints me most is that this wasn’t a subjective complaint about the colour, texture, or whether I personally liked the rug. It arrived with visible defects, Rugvista acknowledged that it wasn’t in the condition they expect, and yet their initial solution for a customer willing to keep the defective product was only 10%. The attached pictures speak for themselves. Based on this experience, I would strongly recommend inspecting a Rugvista rug very carefully as soon as it arrives and taking photographs of any defects before using it.
