Almost immediate response to an email which was late in the evening and well out of business hours. The response was friendly, clear and helpful and directly addressed my query.

Problem was easily solved . . . .
I emailed that I appeared to be signed up for subscription since I recently received another Rumi brow product. I didn't intend to subscribe for this product. How do I get my $$ back & how do I return the produrct to Rumi? The woman who answered me was very polite -- said that your records showed that I had subscribed to the product. She would take my name off of the subscription service. She said that Rumi does not accept any returns but that she would get with somdone about reimbursing me the cost of the item. Who could ask for more?? I am very satisfied wtih this outcome.

I appeared to be set up with a MONTHLY SUBSCRIPTION which I did not agree to. I have asked for a subscription cancellation and expect it to be put in place immediately or I will take the matter further!

FYI re-occurring substitution scam… others have said the same… just read others reviews
I see that the Rumi has responded on Trust Pilot about my review of this scam company…. Want me to contact them and they will take care of “ things” well I have proof of contacting them as soon as I got the email that it was a re-occurring subscription. Asking to please cancel my order, I did this 20 times at least, over and over they respond with a similar text of … we are so sorry we will send this to someone who will contact you … never happened… now they have sent text they are so sorry but order is on its way. Well I will send back unopened for a full refund…. and I’ll let Trust Pilot ( and people who use Trust Pilot) know how Rumi refunds me or NOT…
