Desastre, me enviaron una mochila que no pedi, la devuelvo junto con otro pedido, me reeintegran el otro pedido pero no la mochila que nunca pedi, lo peor de todo, su customer service es una IA que le preguntas por peras y te dice manzanas, solo compren en una tienda, nunca lo hagan en la pagina que si hay un problema, salis perdiendo seguro.

They don’t care
Customer service isn’t even horrible, it just doesn’t exist. If you call the phone number they will tell you to email, and they won’t answer emails. Ordered a a couple shirts and then wait 4 days with no shipping progress. After three emails they finally respond with a shipping number. When the package arrives there’s only one shirt. After three more inquiries I’m told one of the shirts was out-of-stock (so their website inventory isn’t accurate). No one mentioned this to me when I completed the order and received confirmation. I would have cancelled the whole thing had I known. Apparently these people can’t be bothered…

Excellent service, quick refund for returns. Services issues expressed by others are sorted and resolved now it seems!
I'm keen to redress the balance in these reviews after a recent experience. I wanted to make a purchase in the current RVCA sale and very nearly didn't on account of these reviews. I've had an awful experience with another online clothing retailer in the past so have had my fingers burned. I thought I'd give them a chance so sent an email to them expressing my concerns and looking for reassurance. I received a VERY swift response from someone who admitted to service flaws in the recent past which he said had been addressed. He talked me through the returns process and timescales should I want to send anything back. He also offered to be a direct point of contact should I need anything. Feeling suitably reassured I placed my order which arrived quickly. It turned out I did want to send a couple of things back (loved the stuff I kept!). The returns process was simple and I received my refund less than 2 weeks from dropping the package at the post office. I honestly couldn't fault my experience so whatever problems have existed previously appear to have been resolved.

Money and order gone
Order placed and paid but nothing happens. After three weeks and multiple attempts to get into contact with customer service, they tell me that my order does not exist, even though i can show them i can still see it on my rvca account. My money is gone, but no clothes!

Great clothing
Great clothing, but customer service is completely non existent?? Waiting for a response about a wrong order being sent for months? I’ve followed up many times on the portal and elsewhere and just no response. What is that about it’s so poor.
