Do not buy from this com
Worst delivery service. Even if you select one time buy, they ignore it and include you in their subscription, charging your credit card. If you check their Facebook or IG accounts they only have likes and no comments. It is weird. Do not buy from them.

Extremely Disappointing Customer…
Extremely Disappointing Customer Service Experience with Ryvalia I am having the worst customer service experience with Ryvalia. Despite their advertised 30-day money-back guarantee, and refund for faulty products on their website,they are refusing to honour a full refund. I have been offered 30%, then 40%, and now a “final” 50% refund. This is an incredibly frustrating and mindless exercise when their own 30-day refund guarantee clearly states otherwise. I purchased 3 packs, and after one mask disintegrated into thin strips during use, I contacted them promptly to raise the issue. Instead of resolving the matter fairly, I have been going back and forth simply trying to obtain the refund their policy promises. Extremely disappointed with both the product experience and, more importantly, the way this complaint has been handled. I am now taking the matter further and will be reporting it to the relevant consumer protection authorities.

Great products for sensetive skin, great customer service
I love this company so so much! Most of the other reviews are saying they're unhappy it set up a subscription automatically but there is a box when you're ordering that you can very easily click if you don't want a subscription! The customer service has always been beyond wonderful for me. I have emailed saying how much I love their products and they've even sent me special discount codes! These products are the only thing that have DRASTICALLY changed my skin. I use the masks, and now (because the free samples I got were so good) the serums and moisturizer. I have very sensitive skin and I cannot recommend this company enough!

The collagen eye patch appears to be effectively reducing my under-eye bags, which I have been using for a week since it was recently delivered. However, I am quite skeptical about whether the serum in each pack has been spoiled, damaged, or degraded in quality due to potential delivery issues. When I received the parcel, I noticed that the three boxes were very hot to the touch, and the liquids inside each patch seemed to have melted thoroughly, likely caused by the high ambient temperatures in Qatar. The products were packed in a foam bag, which offers some insulation. The packaging includes a note advising to “avoid direct sunlight," and the hot delivery conditions could have compromised the product's integrity. I would like to order more, but I am hesitant because of concerns about proper delivery and whether the products will arrive in optimal condition.
