Order error but good experience
I had an error with my order and it was accidently mixed up with another order and delivered elsewhere. I sent an email and Saberlight were quick to respond, polite and a replacement order was swiftly sent to me and arrived quickly. Orders are packed nice, no damage on arrival and the sabers I got are sturdy and feel good quality as well.

We purchased a light saber with two training blades. They have been fantastic and then when one of the blades malfunctioned they sent us a new core which solved the problem immediately. Very happy with our purchase and service support.

Great customer service
Great customer service they responded in under 24 hours mostly and when two of my light sabers broke they were quick to send replacement parts. The lightsaber took nearly a month to arrive but I will say it was worth every penny and the wait.

I couldn’t be happier with my experience with SaberLight. I’ve bought two lightsabers from them, and they’ve both been phenomenal. The quality is fantastic, and they’ve been an absolute blast to use. The customer service has been just as impressive. Every time I’ve had a question, the team has been friendly, patient, and incredibly helpful. They took the time to answer everything clearly and went above and beyond to make sure I was looked after. That level of support really shows how much they care about their customers. It’s not often you come across a company that offers both amazing products and genuinely outstanding customer service, but SaberLight definitely does. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking for a high-quality lightsaber. Thank you to the whole team for such a great experience!

I ordered a replacement lightsaber core…
I ordered a replacement lightsaber core for my Neopixel Qimir Saber, arrived in record time and I was not aware it came with a battery too so that was a really nice surprise also a new set of blade screws and Allen key. I love these guys
