My Friends introduced me to safepal today August 24 2026 and I made a ETH swap to bitcoin and it’s say successful and was debited but up till now for 7 hours I haven’t received my bitcoins yet this is my order number, 10127026-b42d-ccd0-98b3-1fa4001326ed. Are you guys scammer refund me my funds

I’m not new to Crypto but I decided to try SafePal and its hardware wallet. Initially it went great, I thought. I received no less ten phishing emails within two days after receiving my hardware wallet. I started to transfer funds to the hardware wallet and that’s where things took a turn. I was getting an uneasy feeling about banking that much cryptocurrency in one spot so I tried to access my crypto and I lost the ability to transfer it and access it. I contacted SafePal Customer Support, email only, and the initial response is auto generated, a ticket #397323 has been started, we’ll respond within 72 hours. Then 48 hours I received a follow up email . It didn’t address any of my issues or concerns. I got links to instructions and directions (which were not what I needed). The email also stated that SafePal does not have telephone or chat capabilities. I definitely got the impression that whoever responded was annoyed I emailed them. I responded with follow up questions but having to wait 2-3 days between answers and trying to answer CS questions has worn me down…I understand SafePal doesn’t “hold” the Crypto but there is a back door to every system. I’m starting to believe this maybe part of the business model, wear the customer down and they leave! Almost a month later, no access to my Crypto, no ability to monitor it or just the ability to transfer it back to my trading account and move . Sad Customer “Support “! Ticket #397323.

Buenas tardes a todos, considero que que SafePal es una las mejores wallets del mundo, llevo trabajando con ellos poco tiempo, pero si he probado varios servicios de la Empresa y en realidad la diversidad de opciones que poseen, la diversidad de proveedores para las transacciones, la diversidad de eventos que te dan la posibilidad de acumular ganancia a largo plazo es increíble, entre ellos la gran posibilidad de staking que tiene la Empresa te permite tener ingresos pasivo a largo plazo, eso sin dejar de destacar que he probado canje de meme coins, altcoins, entre otras y el servicio es increíble, te dan la oportunidad de seguir todo el origen de cada operación para que no le pierdas el rastro, inclusive la afiliación mediante altcoins al acceso de las acciones como nvidia, Tesla, AMD, MICROSOFT entre otras, realmente es una Empresa en desarrollo y en expansión, se las recomiendo a muchos y a todo aquel que tenga dominio del mundo crypto para guardar sus activos, sin dejar de descartar el evento de staking de SFP por 100 días con una rentabilidad aceptable de 1*1 más puntos adicionales por varios staking consecutivos, en fin un ejemplo a seguir de Empresa, mis respetos y bendiciones, mucha prosperidad para SAFEPAL que duren mucho para todos....

In April 2026, I purchased a SafePal S1 hardware wallet online from its official website SafePal.com. A few months later on July 27, I received a phishing SPAM email from a safepal.review domain; it had all my order details including order number, date, amount, billing address, payment method. When I reached out to SafePal Support advising that there was a data breach on their end [ticket # 397427], their reply was a blatant denial - No there was no breach while providing no reason as to why the scammer had all my order details. It's like catching a thieve red-handed who just claims "No I'm not a thieve" without addressing the indisputable evidence against him. When I explained the spam email was a sure proof of their compromised systems including an insider job, all I received was gaslighting, denial and avoidance: "As mentioned previously, based on the review conducted to date, we have not identified any indication that customer information has been compromised through SafePal's official systems or our confirmed third-party service providers. At present, we are unable to verify how the phishing actor obtained the information used during this scam. While we understand this may not fully address your concerns, our response reflects the findings of our review based on the information currently available." I then asked for a refund as I cannot trust a company who fails to even safeguard the order information. It was denied because "there was nothing wrong with their hardware wallet" - yeah I will for sure entrust a scammy company with my hard earned $$$. I also asked to have my personal information permanently deleted from all SafePal systems including those of its contractors and service providers. It was also denied. I asked which country/state SafePal is registered in to determine the jurisdiction and applicable consumer data privacy laws. It was refused once more: "as Customer Support, we are not in a position to provide legal guidance or comment on legal matters, including jurisdiction or the applicability of specific data protection laws." UPDATE: A SafePal customer service manager followed up with me and he clarified that order info would generally be deleted after 6 months; he initiated a special request to have mine deleted ahead of schedule and confirmed its deletion a few days later (let's hope it was true) so my concerns were partially resolved - upgrading the rating accordingly.
