I have been waiting since July 18th for…
I have been waiting since July 18th for my wallet ( points) to receive my amazon gift card. I have submitted two tickets for this and still no response. I am getting tired of waiting for my gift card. It shouldn't take this long to process this. Plus I have another gift card from a study that I did and haven't received that either. I am really not liking this company anymore.

Wished there were 0 stars to pick from..and you might ask but why..well this place is the worst company for online and in-person research studies since for starters they take forever to pay and only give you the option of a gift card..like really who wants that..anyways back when it was Schlesinger it was the best and the one where everyone would want to do studies at(they actually paid in debit card that you could withdraw money from and was given on spot or mailed in 4 weeks I believe). But since it changed to Sago it’s the one most people refuse to do paid studies at since it feels like you’re doing it for free since it takes forever to get paid on a digital gift card that you can only use for shopping online. Plus the staff is not as friendly and welcoming like they used to be. And worse they don’t bother picking up the phone so if you’re running late kind as go back home since now they have a 5 minute policy..so I would definitely recommend staying away from this company or you’d be almost begging them to pay you your digital gift card incentive.

Expect to be waiting 2 months to be paid
Their claim is that they will process your payment (gift card) within 4-6 weeks. It used to take 6 weeks and not a day less. Now I’ve been waiting 8 weeks for a redemption. Then they don’t even respond to inquiries. This company is awful.

Do yourself a favor and stay far away…
Do yourself a favor and stay far away from this Filth . The customer service is horrible and they lie about everything . A digital gift card shouldn't take months to process. This company is disgusting.

Don't Waste Your Time
The whole experience with them has been a mess. I was sent a product to study and the whole process has taken an extremely long time for a very low payment. They first delayed shipment of the test product, then the surveys for reviewing the product were delayed, then payment took a while to be processed, and even then it said it would be 4-6 weeks to actually receive my chosen gift card. It's now been about 7 weeks with no payment and I've sent emails to 2 different addresses trying to track it down with no response. It's frustrating for it to be a several months long process just for $30. I've never had such a terrible experience with any of the market research companies I've worked with before.
