Saltdays!!! What a scam, received sun hat which cost £15.87 firstly too small no way of adjusting . The quality was terrible, very thin fabric! The sort of thing you wouldn’t have got in a store because of the appalling quality. Reading some of the other reviews I won’t be returning the item as very unlikely to get money back . Stay well clear of this company - no physical shop-unable to track your purchase- no email response-no telephone number . Reported to ASA

Terrible Fake goods straight from china. Abhorrent service, I have Placed four orders and it has been a cheap fake every time I ordered. If you have a problem, There is NO RESPONSE to emails and attempts to contact. The items take weeks to arrive as they are cheap copies straight from china despite claims to the contrary. They charge far more than other sellers and claim you get 50% off your order…. Check Amazon because this 50% off is still 25% more than Amazon or any other seller. I was unable to give less than 1 star but even the one star is very generous. It is. ZERO star experience from placing the order all the way to having to get your bank to get a refund… that is your only option for refund because “SaltDays” will never answer your emails. Buyer beware…. I say RUN Far, RUN Fast and don’t look back. The entire site is full of products that are not even similar to the item you receive. IF the goods arrive at all they will be cheap fakes and will take weeks (more than 3 weeks every time) Out of Four separate orders costing more than £210 I have never got what I paid for. Each time my credit card company have had to get the money refunded because emails to the merchant go unanswered. I can’t warn you strongly enough to avoid at all costs.

It appears that they increase your order without you knowing and you end up paying multiple times. I made one order of two caps, I’m pleased to say I did receive them, however I received two orders. I have contacted them so am waiting to hear how I can return one of the ordered. It’s shocking these people get away with this kind of treatment.

Amazing custome rservice
Sent a text to say I wasn't completely hay with purchase and had an immediate refund without even requesting it.(Goods perfectly fine, just a little too big to fit properly) Very impressed with customer service
