⭐ 1-star review Savanna Wins – £4,105.32 withdrawal still unpaid after 43 days I have been using Savanna Wins since July 2025 and previously had a number of withdrawals successfully processed, including withdrawals of several thousand pounds. I have screenshots of these previous completed withdrawals. On 10 July 2026, I requested a withdrawal of £4,105.32 (withdrawal ID 296735). I was told that withdrawals could take up to 21 working days. That timeframe has now been exceeded by a considerable amount. I have repeatedly contacted customer support asking a very simple question: what specifically is outstanding on my withdrawal and when will it be paid? Instead, I have repeatedly received the same generic explanation about security checks, financial reviews and high transaction volumes. No one has actually explained what is outstanding on my particular withdrawal or given me a payment date. I have now also been blocked from live chat, meaning I cannot even contact them through the support channel to ask about my money. I submitted a formal complaint and have continued to receive VIP promotional emails from my VIP manager encouraging me to deposit and play, despite my withdrawal remaining unpaid. I have replied to those emails asking about my withdrawal, but have not received an answer to that question. Savanna Wins has now confirmed in writing that my £4,105.32 withdrawal is still being processed, but they cannot provide a completion date. I have retained screenshots of my withdrawal history, previous successful withdrawals, emails, VIP promotions, live-chat conversations and the formal complaint correspondence. I am extremely disappointed with the way this has been handled. I am not asking for anything complicated — I simply want the £4,105.32 withdrawal I requested to be properly dealt with and a clear explanation of why it has taken so long. Update: The withdrawal remains showing as “in progress”. I am continuing to pursue the matter through the formal complaints process and appropriate regulatory/dispute channels.

I have fought long and hard to get rid of your irrelevant mails and have been free of them for a couple of months and now you have started again. Who do you think you are? If i could rate this joke of a cssino with a minus stars option, i would!!! Mine is a the same situation as all the other posts on here. Basically waiting for my winning fpr 6 weeks, fobbed of with the bullshit -socalled processing procedure.i dont feel very comfirdent in me ever recieving my winning tbh! How do these people get away with this? Furthermore, had anyone ever actually recieved their winnings and/or know of a person that has? Just beyond me how theyre not in jail. RnR

They won't give out withdrawal been holding my withdrawal for 21 WORKING days was told 7 to 21 days they owe my £4100 I speak to them several times every day to be lied too now it's 21 days there still just saying they can't sort it I just have to wait and be patient (part of there script) I have a so called vip manager called Vera who sends me emails about promotions and says please contact me if you need anything. She just ignores my emails. This company does not have a licence because iv now got a solicitor who is a family member checking it out. They have a licence number but there NOT registered they lie and lie You really really need to avoid this con company.

If I could give minus 10 I would Been waiting for a withdrawal of just over 4k since the 7th of July keep getting told by chat who read from the script! I have to wait up to 21 working days! I can't ask for another withdrawal while this is sat there. I'm suppose to be a vip player but now ignored by the so called vip manager called VERA Please be aware they give you cash back take all your Money but WONT PAY YOU YOUR WINNINGS
