Poor handling of shipping and returns

To be frank - I like their products. But the customer service and handling is awful. We ordered some coats from the EU into Switzerland and paid a ridiculous amount (nearly 60% of the amount) for the returned item (wrong size). After arguing for weeks about it being their mistake in handling/shipping it not correctly (you certainly don’t pay duty for a returned item back to the country of origin), we just let it be and will not order ever again.

Would rate 0 stars if possible. This is my first negative & unprompted review on Trust Pilot for the sole reason of warning other potential buyers. Have had jacket for one full winter season and a hole has appeared inside the jacket sleeve (i.e. not external, it has not caught on anything or similar). It is clearly a manufacturing or design defect in the quality or construction of the jacket which will now only worsen over time. Prior to this occuring, I had noticed the jacket is NOT water repellent (as described) & my coat specifically was designed to sit around the chin & neck area which absorbed my skins natural oils and quickly stained the material. Whilst these issues in isolation were not reason to be upset, the subsequent tear in material prompted me to reach out to the company. They are outrageoulsy dismissive of any fault, I have sent countless emails repeating myself and requesting assistance to which I have received variations of "we confirm that the problem is not a prpduction defect and cannot offer you any type of intervention." This has been infuriating and an absolute waste of time and money. Customers: AVOID. Save the Duck: There is nothing you can put in the response, other than committing to rectifying the issue, which will absolve you from accountability here. The above is true and accurate account of how this has unfolded. If you're going to assert yourself as a sutainable, ethical brand in the market: do better.

I’m extremely disappointed with this company’s customer service. Despite clearly showing that the issue was a quality problem and providing all the photos and information they requested, no real action was taken. Instead, they kept directing me back to the retailer rather than taking responsibility. After following their entire process, it’s frustrating to feel dismissed and unsupported.
