Délai un peu plus long que prévu, mais vu la qualité de finition et la sonorité, cela valait largement l'attente. Rien à redire et le SAV est au top

Extremely disappointing customer service – no respect for the customer Very disappointing experience with SC-Project. I placed an order after being assured that the exhaust would be completed and shipped within the stated timeframe. When that deadline passed, I contacted them and was again given assurances that it would be shipped shortly. Instead, I was later informed that production was significantly delayed and that I might have to wait until the beginning of October. This is completely unacceptable. I ordered from abroad and needed to allow additional time for delivery, and I had already arranged and paid a deposit to my mechanic for the fitting based on the information provided by SC-Project. What is particularly frustrating is that I had to chase them for updates, the promised timeframe was not respected, and the new delivery estimate was completely different from what I was originally told. A company should be honest about its production times before taking a customer's money. If they cannot fulfil an order within the timeframe they provide, they should communicate this properly instead of leaving the customer to chase them. I have now cancelled my order and requested a refund. Extremely poor customer service and very little respect for the customer. I would not order from SC-Project again and cannot recommend them.

Will I ever get my exhaust
Will I ever get my exhaust? Two months later no sign of it ( website stated 3-15 working day) contacted customer services and they stated 6 weeks reminded them their website says 3 day. Have even bothered updating their website so others don’t fall for the false advertising

Certificato di omologazione in tempi sprint
Ho comprato una moto usata su cui era stato montato uno scarico SC Project. In seguito ad una multa ho scoperto di aver bisogno del certificato di omologazione. Pur essendo la seconda settimana di agosto, in due giorni ho fatto la procedura di richiesta, hanno emesso il certificato e mi è anche arrivato.

My experience with this company has been extremely disappointing.
My experience with this company has been extremely disappointing. Instead of contacting me professionally to verify my order, they immediately implied that I might be involved in fraudulent activity simply because the order was placed under one name, another name appeared in the correspondence, and they personally considered my email address to be "randomly generated." As a legitimate customer, I found this approach disrespectful and unprofessional. There are many perfectly valid reasons why different names may appear in an order, and the appearance of an email address is certainly not evidence of fraud. Rather than asking for standard verification documents in a polite and respectful manner, they chose to make accusations and threaten to cancel my order unless I explained myself. Good customer service is based on respect and clear communication. Unfortunately, this company failed to provide either. After the way I was treated, I no longer feel comfortable doing business with them. I cannot recommend this company based on my experience.
