Due to the products being damaged or…
Due to the products being damaged or now as shown, I have tried to return them. After 6 months of waiting, I just received the item back as being refused. VERY POOR QUAILTY. CUSTOMER SERVICE VERY POOR.

Scarlett jewels is NOT Scarlett Jewellery
Totally fell for this site, the rings were beautiful, but when they arrived the rings looked like the jewellery that you would but money in the machine turn the knob and out would come a plastic ring!!! Sent them back for a full refund, like 7 months went by and my parcel arrived back to me, pretty sure they moved sites f#@%ing pissed off. If I could give no stars I would.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!! The jewellery is cheep and nasty. I thought i was ordering from a U.K. company, so misleading its from China. I ordered 2 rings in early 0ctober 2025. When they arrived i was so disappointed with the quality, I contacted the company. I told them I wanted a refund. Thats when I found out they had to be returned to China!. I send them back with a Post office tracking to the returns address I was given by Scarlett Jewels. THEY WERE NEVER DELIVERED!!!. I contacted the Royal Mail and the Royal Mail contacted me to say they are being returned to me from China! No explanation was given as to why they were not delivered back to Scarlett Jewels. I returned them to the address I was given by them and they said they would give me a full refund. Of course contact through email was excellent by these SCAMMERS!!!!! Today 26th April 2026, the 2 cheap and nasty rings were returned to me and they have gone straight into the bin. Therefore I have wasted £40.00 also my time and energy. It may not be a lot of money, but at the end of the day it's the principal. DO NOT be mislead by these SCAMMERS, they will rip you off with cheap and nasty RUBBISH. They had no intension of refunding me. I feel the returns address Scarlett Jewels gave me was a bogus one, hence the Post Office tracking said my returns envelope never left Chinese customs.

dont trust the Instagram ad you see of them giving out everything for free. you only have to pay for shipping, and thats about 16€ per item. plus almost every image is AI generated, just dont let yourself get scammed.

Scammers. Don’t trust. Avoid.
Scammers. Ordered earrings February 22nd. Nothing received and now store is closed. Emailed for refund but no response. Avoid Scarlett Jewels like the plague.
