I'm a property manager at SecurCare - 8531 - Euclid OH 1500 Brush Road Euclid, OH 44143
I'm a property manager. I had to store a residents property for 30 days. The resident had the storage space transfered in his name. I asked the manager of this store to give me something in writing stating that our company payment method was no longer associated with the storage unit. She cursed me out, and called me a few names. I would advise that no one use SecurCare - 8531 - Euclid OH 1500 Brush Road Euclid, OH 44143 for storage.

Potential tenants should exercise caution. A significant portion of the reviews appear to be fabricated. Upon moving in, the company tends to drastically increase rates. I have just been informed that my personal unit, which is currently advertised at $125 per month with a promotional first-month discount to $97 (move-in), has had its rate raised to $351 per month.That is what they charge at this location for a unit three times the size. I have documented evidence of this discrepancy. It seems that the company engages in questionable pricing practices. As a long-standing tenant with a reliable payment history, despite the facility experiencing issues such as frequent break-ins, I find it unfair to bear the brunt of such price hikes. Given my current health situation, including recovery from open heart surgery and caring for my elderly mother, I am particularly vulnerable to such increases. If circumstances permitted, I would consider relocating to avoid what appears to be exploitative pricing. I am willing to pay a fair market rate, having likely overpaid substantially over the years.
