Omg what a service
Omg what a service, i did not expect to get refunded so quick Amazing service, no quibble, As sadly its due to ill health we cannot attend, we arexdo gutted not to be able to get to the concert, this has made me very happy to get such fabulous service

Absolutely superb
We couldn’t attend a live event recently as my wife was ill. We remembered that we had used secure my booking to insure the tickets but wasn’t sure how worth while this was. I went online to fill a refund form out on their website and found the process very easy and straightforward. I had to upload some supporting evidence and sent the claim off hoping that it would be sufficient. Had an email back within no time stating that the claim would be looked . The very next morning there was another email stating that our refund had been processed and that the funds would be with us in 5 to 7 days. I checked the bank account for another matter and was astonished to see the funds already there! Not much over 12 hours from the claim being submitted. Obviously I cannot recommend using this company enough both for the ease of the claims process and the speed of payout. For the sake of just a few pounds on top of the tickets/ I will definitely be using them again.

We were unable to attend the show due…
We were unable to attend the show due to ill health of one of the ticket holders and luckily we had taken out the insurance with the ticket purchase. I uploaded the required documentation and in less than 24 hours my refund request had been approved and the funds returned to my account.
