Securitas Suisse me réclame 40 CHF pour un ticket de parking valide à Versam
Le 18 juillet 2026, j’ai stationné au parking de la gare de Versam (géré par la Rätische Bahn) et j’ai payé mon ticket de 4 CHF via la borne. Malgré cela, Securitas m’a envoyé une 'Umtriebsentschädigung' de 40 CHF, arguant que le ticket n’était pas visible sur leur photo. J’ai fourni à deux reprises la preuve de mon ticket valide, mais Securitas refuse de l’annuler. La Rätische Bahn, contactée, m’a renvoyé vers Securitas. Pourquoi 40 CHF pour un ticket à 4 CHF? Cela me semble disproportionné et abusif.

Warning! My mother in law got involved with this…
My mother in law got involved with this company while looking for a first alert system! Instead the stinky sales rep sold her a door security system! She lives on the 5 the floor of a secure building!!! WARNING After 6 months i managed to get her to remove and return this system! I followed up with the company to insure they received it in good working orders, which they confirmed! That was a year ago and someone in sacuritas is sending her bills for $2600.00! There was no contact, just a work order! Keep your loved ones away from this company!

Fui víctima de una venta abusiva
Despues de una primera etapa de 3 años, uns vez cubierta la instalación del equipo, no rebajaron la cuota mensual. Nos presionaron para poner más cámaras y doblaron la cuota. Somos personas mayores y también aceptamos poner alarma en el domicilio habitual por la presión del vendedor. No la hemos activado ni una sola vez porque siempre hay alguien en casa y un perro grande. Ahora no paran de llamar para que paguemos lo que supuestamebte debemos. En dos ocasiones hemos abonado lo que reclamaban para terminar con este asunto, pero siguen reclamando, cuando las alarnas llevan un año sin estar conectadas. Lo considero un timo y una venta abusiva. Llegué a pagar 150€ al mes.

the worst company ever.
the worst company ever.. it s been 2 weeks and cannot reach them. My camera is not woking and nobody calls back. I ve sent emails. Phone calls and even a demand letter by recommand post.. they do what they want with you NO SERVICE AT ALL. I event did a complaint at l office de la protection du consommateur.

Securitas: The WORST Company to work for. Nepotism and Cronysim at it's Best! Forget about applying as they Only look after who they wish to look after. " Managers that know Nothing about management. Make you keep on studying the company courses so you can reach a potential and then they give all supervising positions to their families and friends. Supervisors speak to you like sh** too. Absolutely the Worst company to work for!!! KW spoke to all officers using bad language regularly, telling us if we didnt like it we could fu** off. Will mess you around with money if you are not a good friend or family member. This company ONLY looks after their Friends & Family!!
