Amazing service from store
Order UKSI339713. Went into store contemplating upgrading my phone. Dealt with Olivia and she was amazing. So patient!! Would definitely recommend getting phones from there with the additional warranty. The best price I could find.

Missing items
I bought a few items online and they have been delivered today. After opening the parcel I’ve noticed that a few items are missing but it’s written on the invoice. I’m missing: iPhone 17 pro Apple Watch Ultra 3 with Alpine Loop Colour Natural Titanium Strap Color Light Blue Strap Length M

We came to see Tom on a Saturday
We came to see Tom on a Saturday, he was very helpful and asked us to come in on his next shift the following Sunday to finish the fix and set up. We arrived on the Sunday (today) and he’s not here; and have to start again with someone else. Delivery of service not delivered.

I booked an appointment to get my iphone screen replaced
I booked an appointment to get my screen replaced at this branch. When booking my appointment I selected what iPhone I had so when the appointment came they had the available parts. When coming to the store for my appointment at 12:40 i was left waiting for 30 minutes whilst watching the employee flirt with another customer. When he finally found it fit to see me he didn’t apologise for the wait and then told me they didn’t have the parts in? not sure what the point of having an appointment is for? maybe to just have a chat with the employees instead of getting what you booked for! absolutely no point booking an appointment to get any sort of fix for your phone

CJ was absolutely fantastic. She helped fix my phone and was so patient with me, especially as I’m a complete technophobe! She was friendly, helpful, informative, and positive throughout, taking the time to explain everything clearly without making me feel rushed. The service at the Lincoln store was excellent, and I wouldn’t hesitate to return if I have any other phone issues. Thank you, CJ!
