Sehr gute Erfahrung von Anfang bis Ende. Alles war transparent, zuverlässig und deutlich unkomplizierter als erwartet. Man merkt, dass hier Wert auf einen guten Service gelegt wird. Ich würde den Anbieter jederzeit wieder nutzen.

Buyer Beware
I ordered the frog spice jars. The advertising is misleading. I thought I was getting sets of three with a base. I got single jars. The lids do not seal at all so the contents are susceptible to insect infestation or going stale. The return policy is more than sad. The service email address does not exist and the reply from support was as follows “ Dear buyer, we are very sorry that the product cannot meet your satisfaction. As we are engaged in international trade, the shipping cost for returning the product needs to be borne by the buyer, which is very expensive. Therefore, we can refund 5% of the cost for you. Do you think it is okay to keep the product? Best wishes”

I ordered handcrafted witchy frog…
I ordered handcrafted witchy frog apothecary spice jars on 11/25/2025. I haven’t received it,so checked tracking number and it said item was returned to sender. Trying to contact them at there email,it ie not a legitimate email. I guess I’m out 35 dollars!

Product not as advertised
As other reveiws have stated this item looks nothing like the advertised item, very cheap looking indeed and on top of that took a very long time to be despatched, so long in fact I thought it would never come. Do not recommend this product therefore would avoid buying anything else at all costs
