Intercom Sena 50s a fuir lamentable…
Intercom Sena 50s a fuir lamentable 2ans juste après garantie le boîtier principal s'emballe. Au préalable le 50s avait un problème de roulette après l'avoir fais changer une fois grâce au sav mais le deuxième est pareil Fuyer vraiment (au moins les modèle à roulette de micro onde) pour le prix inadmissible

Think Twice Before Buying Sena - Very Disappointing After-Sales Support
I am extremely disappointed with Sena’s after-sales support. I purchased a Sena OUTRUSH helmet and, apart from the battery issue, the helmet itself is still functional. Unfortunately, the battery stopped holding a charge. The helmet charges normally, but within about a minute of turning it, it reports “Low Battery” and shuts down. I contacted Sena support and followed all of their troubleshooting instructions, including the fault reset and factory reset. Nothing resolved the problem. After escalating the issue, Sena confirmed that the OUTRUSH uses a custom battery that is no longer manufactured and cannot be purchased from Sena. They also confirmed that Sena does not provide battery replacement or battery replacement services. I was then offered 25% off a new Sena helmet. Before spending more money, I asked a very reasonable question: What happens when the battery in the new helmet eventually fails? The answer was concerning. Sena confirmed that they cannot guarantee the availability of replacement batteries or repair services even for their newer models. This is the part I believe every potential Sena customer should know before spending several hundred dollars on one of their products. A battery is a consumable component. If a battery eventually fails and the manufacturer doesn’t provide a replacement or repair service, an otherwise perfectly functional helmet can effectively become unusable. I was also later directed toward the SMH10R, an older Sena product that has a replaceable battery pack. That made the situation even more frustrating. If Sena can provide a replaceable battery on one product, why isn’t there a supported battery replacement option for the OUTRUSH? To be fair, the customer-service representatives I dealt with were polite and responsive. My issue is with Sena’s product support policy and long-term serviceability, not with the individual representatives. My advice to anyone considering buying a Sena helmet: Think carefully before you buy. Don’t just look at the features, communication range, Bluetooth/Mesh capabilities, or the price. Ask Sena before purchasing what happens when the battery eventually fails and whether a replacement battery and professional replacement service will actually be available. I personally would not spend several hundred dollars on another Sena helmet when the manufacturer cannot assure me that I will be able to replace the battery in the future. I am sharing this review because I wish I had known about this limitation before purchasing my OUTRUSH. Potential buyers should consider this carefully before making their purchase.

Absolutely garbage camera last if I’m lucky 45 min. I purchased the sena 10c evo pro for $500 what a waste of money the $100 amazon work much better then this crap. Customer service is just as bad refusing to replace it till I do 1000 things been sending emails back and forth for over a week doing the stupid test they require to still not work. They refuse to refund or replace trust me don’t buy this you will be extremely disappointed.

I've had 2 Sena Impulse helmets fail…
I've had 2 Sena Impulse helmets fail within 2 years. I'm not getting any help from Sena. I've used their other products in the past which worked well. A group that I ride with bought 10 of these and they've never worked correctly since new. There were always several people that couldn't communicate via mesh on any given day. We'd spend half our evenings trying to make them all connect. They are pure garbage imho. The only customer service I've been able to get so far is a copy of a page from the manual which doesn't work. It took me about 10 emails to get that. They weaseled out on the warranty by saying that the store where I bought my brand new helmet wasn't an approved dealer. If you're going to buy anything of theirs, and want a warranty, to have to go to their site and find an approved dealer first.
